Do you have any other wireless chargers you can test your phone on? If your phone charges just fine on those and the phone isn’t charging on the dock, the dock is either not working or the phone dimensions aren’t compatible with it.

I have one of these chargers . It works great but as a warning. i have an audi a6 where the ignition is towards the centre of the car and i mounted the charger/holder on air vent next to it and a few times i could not start the car as the charge /magnetic field was interfering with the transponder in car comunicating with the key so it thought i was using the wrong key and imobiliser would not disable. Car came up with a key faulty code when scanned. Been ok since i have unplugged it and just use it as a phone mount
@@AlexanderThickstunsChannel no problem . I hope it does help someone as just doing google for a diagnosis it was coming up with electronic steering lock problem and to have this fixed by audi is nearly £2000 as you have to buy a new steering column . Ouch

Exactly how much explanation does a product of this type need? You assemble it which is a no brainer, attach your charging cable and drop the phone in. If this is too difficult you should stay clear of driving altogether...
