Yes! I wash my face, i add the ordinary acid2+b5, i add the buffet, then the ordinary rosehip oil, after that i moisturize and that’s my night routine...
you should never be using natural DIY moisturizer. leave skincare up to the dermatologist and scientists who know what there doing cuz it's their job. :)))
yep!! but try to switch over to a cerave cleanser instead of Cetaphil so u can get the ceramide benefits that cerave provides and skip out on the harsh sulfates Cetaphil has!!
B5 (inside & out) can help with acne bc it regulates the talcproduction. high doses of biotin can cause acne. b5 is like the opposive of it. you need to balance them out
