If you watched the video of the getaway chase, it EXTREMELY obvious. Lil thugs that dont belong here. There were about 5 or 6 lil lifetime criminals in the car…. They look liked they were teens.

Over the last 10 years crime has been creeping in. Committed by ppl from outside areas specifically coming in to victimize OC residents. Wealthy areas being targeted. We've felt safe behind the 'orange curtain' for so long. After this and other crimes, it's clear we let our guard down.
