Me n my buddy did this at 12, it started out 3'6' and then when we got a little bigger we tore off a wall and made it 6'6', with an attic & sunroof+hatch. Didn't bother with an electrician, we just used a power strip on an extension cord. We put Christmas lights on the ceiling because it's cheap and why not. I slept in it many many times, once I woke up and I was toasty warm. Opened the door to see there had been a blizzard and 2ft of snow against the door, lol

I spent DECADES building and renovating homes for OTHER people! There's really not much I can't build, and here I am renting an APARTMENT?? I build a barn at his age to with my dad. Good for him. I did lots of the building with my younger brother because my dad was working at his real job most of the time. Did you catch that. With my younger brother and I was 13-14 years of age. Back in the day we did alot of stuff at a younger age.

I LOVE IT!! This is really all anyone needs to survive in (for a limited time) I especially love the way it looks in the snow! I would love to build a small house or cabin (on my own land!) I spent DECADES building and renovating homes for OTHER people! There's really not much I can't build, and here I am renting an APARTMENT?? I did COMPLETELY renovate my own place before I moved in, but I'm still paying rent! I should learn a lesson from this kid, buy a little spit of land, and build MY OWN PLACE, before I'm too old to build it!! This kid did a great job!! I hope he goes on to become a builder and in time, builds himself A MANSION!!

It's great to see you doing things productive and keeping yourself active. Most kids can't read a tape measure or use a screw driver these days, you're well on your way to owning a successful business someday.
