always loved your content of the niche uses of specializations, you should test if you can use convoy to repair the dreadnought if a tanker were to hop in a torpedo boat, now that i think about it, you don’t even need a repair tool to self repair so you could just drop your kit to someone else, keep specializations and just repair the mad torpedo boat, u should test this
Since you like.. Never see this thing, I didn't know it actually has the properly spinning commander visor up top, genuinely a genius feature and a cool asf detail here, I wonder why that kind of idea hasn't been executed on modern armor of any kind, you could even hook it into the engine
@bucky_deer I would suppose that's fair, but we still do use non-tech counterparts or solutions alongside our cameras and stuff in some cases, or in terms of other things too, fighters in ww2 still would have steel sights alongside their holosights incase the higher tech option failed for one reason or another, that kind of idea, but I suppose in this case it's a lot of cost for something you'd likely never use, still, might be cost effective for something like a police armored truck, for instance, especially if you used this tech, although maybe with an oscillating grate instead, for say, the windows/windshield, since that's the most vulnerable spot on a bearcat (though I've seen videos of suspects failing to penetrate that glass with 50 BMG
@@HalfWolf2 it also has to do with the fact that normal periscope is much simpler in manufacturing and therefore wouldn't be a nightmare to fix. It's the same reason why most tanks nowadays are still using skid steer even though wheel steering has been a thing with tanks for a very long time.
@kmancometh but what if you're on opposite ends, with 2C in the middle so you're far enough away from each other (so not to repair each other as you say), but close enough to the 2C so you combine your repairs on the 2C
@mps4447 I have done that and it did work, but not really useful in and practical setting, especially in game. I have kept a Char alive in multiplayer only once.

I feel like it would be better if you could repair it because it he char 2c usually gets blown up in like three seconds infact I feel lien every behemoth should be able to be repaired with a repair tool considering their vulneraby
Cept the dreadnaught that one is way too durable. With the exception of on hegoland when the idiot captain sails straight through fifty naval mines making some random destroyer pop a boner at feeling justified in taking the inferior varrient.

I tried in other videos. You can only repair the ship from another tank close by. Not from a boat if you jump in from a tank.

There'd be zero reason to use it on any modern armor since we have all sorts of cameras and other optical devices now.

I have with 2 tanks. It is a little faster. The problem is you fix each others tank so you then can't repair the Char 2C.
