I do just the same thing I can eat a week on only the things that i have in my pantry and out the freezer Pasta and rice and food in cans i always in my pantry and i always have instand noodles too And i always keep myself on my budget every week
We did gluten free/dairy free for the month of June to try to resolve some issues the kids were having. I have been dairy free all the time for a decade plus. I have so many product recommendations.
