Incredible video footage. Great seeing this on such good quality video. Cheers
@J G a genuine question, why do you spend countless hours going around watching hundreds of AFL videos, to paste your silly comments on soccer? What are you trying to achieve? What satisfaction are you possibly getting from all this time spent? I'm genuinely curious now; so Im being polite here? Care to answer?
@@markdouglas9182 they’ve done it since 2012 too. Absolute waste of human life
I was at that game, but as a neutral fan it wasn't a great spectacle. In fact I didn't remember any of the game until I watched this. I did however clearly recall Helen Dominico, who jumped the fence right in front of us!
I don't know if there was a free kick in it, but I'd have given her one.
1982 .. The year 'Tasmania entered the VFL .. 💋💋💋

You're welcome.
omg, 1980s footy am I right?
Cheers. The real highlight. She brought a smile to a few faces, and more besides.
Love the videos. Would love the 83 granny
After 5 flags and countless finals in the period 1967-82, you would have had a zillion to one on the Tigers playing finals only twice in the following 30 seasons !
I’m a Pies fan, but it was unfathomable at the time.
The poaching wars between our two clubs caused a lot of damage for both clubs. It took Richmond longer to recover from it.
And the Tigers deserved to be in solitary confinement from 1982 onwards - they self destructed after this Grand Final.
@@PetraKann what did they do?
@@mrduuud ….they ate their own
Great game.Great players.Great entertainment. Ha
Thriller wasn’t out yet
the Beatles were not around when St.kilda won their one and only
Real football
Dale Weightman had A LOT to say in his book about this loss. Not a big fan of his coach you could say!
Not sure what the ‘Penatrator’ was doing trying to drag her off??
I'm just waiting for Helen the streaker
Wins against Richmond mean more to me than wins against Collingwood. This was a very torrid grand final with no quarter given by both teams. I still reckon Johnston was best on ground. Rioli played a good cameo, similar to Stewsrt Dew in 2008, but Johnston was on for the full game.
YES PLAYED GREAT GAME, BUT MAURICE WAS SO CLASSY THAT THE UMPIRES WOULD HAVE TAKEN GREAT NOTICE, PLUS HE COULD PLAY!
