Hello! So if you think age is a demotivating factor, you can look at executive MBA from xlri and TISS. TISS odcl course also can be looked at as it requires a work experience mandate. I would say you should give one attempt to all these major exams and then go through interviews and finally select the best option. It will be better once you have taken the exam and have some options to compare.

Hello Akhil, Learning a lot from your videos. I would request your suggestion on one of my burning query related to MBA with Bank loan for MY PROFILE. I am a family man with lot of financial responsibilities and Age=32 yrs, 10&12&B.E =70+% in all but took 7 Years to complete B.E due to some personal reasons. Post graduation I have 1.5 Yrs Engg Exp and 4.5 Yrs HR Experience. Now looking for 2 Yrs MBA/MA in HR (Not 1 Yr HR EMBA Degree as the colleges are less and EMBA are not recognized by corporates for HR's I guess). So would you suggest me to go for High Fees MBA with huge bank loan seeing my exp, age and career gap which shall effect my chances in placement. It would be very helpful if you can guide me here please.

Considering all the things you said, first decide whether you have to do MBA
      1) if your current salary is above 10 LPA, reconsider doing MBA
Median in top B schools - 20-25 LPA
(For HR its even less )
      Others - 12-18 LPA
so getting into bank loan will not be a great option considering your responsibilities.
If you are determined to do MBA in HR
Try the following colleges with low fees .
      1) TISS Mumbai - MA(HRM&LR)
      2 lakhs fees
      2) Delhi school of Economics - MBA(HRD) - 35 k fees - Currently No interview or GD for selection .only CAT marks and 10 & 12 Marks
      (Median Around 13 LPA )
      3) IIT Kharagpur - Master of HRM
3 lakhs fees (Median around 13 LPA)
      Through CAT
All the best for your future endeavours.
