I got lost one day on my way to a sales job. I ended up in a place called Ivoryton (a villiage of Essex). I truly didn't want to leave. All my life in CT and I've never seen anything so beautiful as that place...or had people be so nice❤
Only one town outside of Fairfield county....there's a lot more to Connecticut besides its proximity to NYC....And Madison does not front on thr Atlantic Ocean....that is Long Island Sound... I lived there for 23 years.
I was born and raised in Orange, and have traveled throughout the state. There are many other towns which are worth considering. That said, thanks for sharing!
Yeh? It looks like you have to make six-figures a year to enjoy living there. I lived in Farmington and it was chocking the life outta my wallet... Greenish??? Yeah !!! FORGET 'BOUT IT.... I'LL stay in the projects.

Keep in mind that Fairfield County has a fast-paced and very competitive atmosphere that is not as peaceful and relaxing as it may first appear.

All but Madison are in Fairfield County! Very very expensive!! I know I live in Westport!

Very expensive state to live in because of the high taxes. The cities are not nice places to live in or visit.
