First time stumbling on your video. What i hate most about other dude's video is their gatekeeping/secrecy mentality. Your intro is top knotch, disclose launch location provide a time stamp. Information like that is greatly appreciated especially for those wanting to learn. Thank you and please keep that mindset when teaching us because it's key.
Let's go Mack slayer 💜🎣 👍🏼 catch them all I'm in bed drinking my lemon 🍋 grass tea 🍵 and enjoy your video and this laber day long weekend I'm going Pier fishing Sunday and Monday
Just got a 2024 Hobie Compass (probs shouldve gotten a used outback instead). Had an amazing day at la jolla catching Bonito and Calico. Can’t wait to check out Coronado
Winter time is a hard one. It really depends, I gotta scout the spots then commit and pray they're there to play. Gear I use is usually in the description below.
Have you ever tried Hookup Baits? Drift in the main channel about 50-60ft with a double rig. Slayed it this past weekend about 25 sandys and a couple double ups.
So when you trying to attract fish I got confused. You said one good stroke or a slow pump. Have you tried a bunch of short jerks with your rod? I heard that can work.
It depends on the conditions, current & weather. I believe in the 1 gram per foot. So for instance, 40ft deep, 30g if current isn't strong or 40g if the current is ripping. Goal is to keep the bait under you.
