107K Damage One Shot Promised Consort Radahn - Highest Possible Damage

This is the highest possible damage without glitches and online shenanigans. You can get approximately 38% more damage with the Crusade Insignia and Blade of Mercy talisman but the only way to proc them is to summon a duelist and kill them with a backstab before entering the fog gate.

Spear Talisman: 49.5% (Counter hit)
Bloodsucking Tear: 20% for 3min
Spiked Cracked Tear: 15% for 3min (Charged Attacks)
Blessing of the Erdtree and Holy Ground to counter Bloodsucking Tear's hp drain
Saint Trina's Smile: 20% for 30s (Activated on Sleep)
Madding Hand: 7.5% for 30s (Activated on Madness)
Aged One's Exultation: 20% for 30s (Activated on Madness)
Black Dumpling: 10% for 60s (Activated on Madness)
Poisoned Hand: 7.5% for 20s (Activated on Poison)
Kindred of Rot's Exulation: 20% for 20s (Activated on Poison)
Mushroom Crown: 10% for 20s (Activated on Poison)
Sacred Bloody Flesh: 18% for 30s (Activated on Bleed)

Sacred Bloody Flesh is a body buff that buffs damage by 7% on consumption but gives another 18% buff on bleed, the second 18% buff doesn't get replaced by another body buff like Bloodboil Aromatic but only the first 7%. So you can have 18% from Sacred Bloody Flesh and 30% from Bloodboil Aromatic together.
