+Dan Lok I agree 100%. I'm curious if you can answer something for me Dan, how do you find out what bank a business owner uses, the amount of debt, etc. to be able to shop that person's note? What I'm asking is how to go about it & who at a bank you talk to in order to buy the note
Depends on where you live and the legislation there, for example, here in Sweden you can search for companies and find out basically - everything about them.
I am sure you cant do it to the same extent in for example, the US.

I have bought one book. It was from Grant Cardone. I read halfway through when I realized I was smarter than him. Since then I've been listening to Dan Pena. Idk if I'm smarter than Dan or as smart as Dan but I know he's more capable than myself and ANY FUCKING PERSON I HAVE EVER MET OR ACQUAINTED!!!!!

Holy shit, I admire him. He can talk during more than an hour without actually teaching anything relevant. Great entertainer, louzy teacher though
