That's awesome!!! I've noticed a few cyclist friends improve their posture from rowing too - as long as you get that powerful, primed position correct, it's transformative!
Do you lean back as you go back? I've been trying to sit straight. Also where to I bring the handles towards? Chest or stomach. If you have time. Thank you
Sit up on your sit bones, and hold the forward tilt to about half way through the leg drive. Then swing and pull. The handle should come in to around sternum height - hitting the bra strap. Try to keep wrists flat too. Feel free to send me a video and I’ll give you some tips if you need them.
