    thanks for the tip on alternating arms - i have the same issue my left bicep being bigger and defined than the right and I always start with my right. Will try it.

    It’s a Foot Plate. It is design to be stepped on while doing certain exercise routines. It does not Flip or adjust in any way.

    wow thank you so much this helped:) and i have a question whats your work out routine i mean i really wanna get big and have mass i just dont know the right proper how to work out can you please get back to me i really need some help i work legs on mon chest and biceps on tuesday wensday off and thursday i do back triceps and friday i do shoulders and traps i dont know is that a good plan

    Couldn't you just start with your right arm for the whole workout than next week start with your left arm the whole workout?

    you have to breath a certain way, which is an abnormal breath pattern so after it is common to be out of breath, especially if your lifting more than normal. if your not getting out of breath then your not doing it right.

    He is not an endurance athlete. You can have an awesome physique without being able to run around the block without dying. The same way you see some that can run a long distance but don't have a really nice physique!
