Try for your biceps. Just like what he says in this video. Just be careful you dont lift to much weight, and be careful if your ever lifting above your head, because if you compress your spine while growing you it will effect your growth.
hire a trainer who knows what he's doing. preferably one with a coaching to under 16s qualification, theres nothing wrong with young kids lifting weight if they do it right, i've lifted since i was 12 and its not injured me or stunted my growth for sure
The problem is though, Biceps are such a small muscle. The Triceps are much bigger and that is what makes your arm look big, so I don't see the point in training the bicep a lot, granted it is important but not as much as people think.
the barbel is somewhere around 10-15kg, and I believe it was two times 20? So that's somewhere between 45-55kg total. Quite heavy, considering that I can only handle 8kg per Biceps right now.
what are you smoking, those look like 20lbs plates, which is almost 10kg, theres two, so thats 20, plus the bar which probably weights around 12kg, thats 32kg not 17

WTF hes 14 he more than likely doesnt have the money. He should just do bicep curls and barbell curls for biceps although he should hit his triceps harder because triceps take up 2/3 of the arm
