If I have 4 zones connected and input only in zone one. Can I group them to get the output via all the 4 zones ?

Yes, you can :)
'Pinch to Party' if you go to the 'Rooms' tab in your HEOS App then pinch the screen (scrolling your index finger down the screen and your thumb up at the same time) all zones will be grouped together. To ungroup do the reverse.
