Glad to see you working on this. Heos remains one of the most twitchy apps I use (or better, "try to use"). Even now, uninstalling and reinstalling the app fails with the same error message, "HEOS Account Server is not available. Please try later." This happens 9 out of 10 times.

You guys should add like an intercom feature where you can talk through the speakers around the house. Only one way audio so you can’t hear the person your talking to but they can hear you through the speaker
Thanks, I am pretty new to HEOS, and like the update. As a Tidal user, I selected the Hifi plus subscription, but that seem to be unsupported. Is there an update coming to bring that feature? I would welcome that very much.

I followed the instructions to create a playlist, the playlist appears in the list of HEOS playlists, but none of the songs are added. The songs are located in my Synology NAS. I also tried to add a playing song to a playlist, when I open the info/more button, the option to add to a playlist does not show! If the source of my music is Tidal and I add songs to the queue, opening the queue and choosing Save as a Playlist, it creates the playlist in Tidal, not in the Heos Playlists. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
I can't listen to music by selecting folders from my synology nas server using my iPhone, which I was able to do with the old application. The remote control of the Denon device can still be used to control playback and browsing of the music on the server, but it is inconvenient. How will the server be accessible from the phone?

Why, if a music channel has multiple channels with different kbps. That the preference goes to the lowest kbps by default? And why if you choose a channel with the highest kbps and save it as a favorite, this choice disappears when you reopen the channel! ?? Very frustrated! Using an AVC-X4700H
Why is it so difficult or impossible to organize the favorites list of radio stations? Tried everything, but I can't get it to work (use an Apple iPhone) It's not intuitive..... Who knows how to do it? It would be useful if Denon would visualize the instructions !/? Using an AVC-X4700H
The Heos app is a peace of shit! My Denon X2500H always have an issue with the Heos app. Tidal, Soundcloud, usb playings are not working on it. (Static IP setup finished, network ok, display the selected track but no sound on it.

How can I use RUclips music application with HEOS?

RUclips is not currently supported by HEOS. For audio-only playback on youtube, the feed can always be sent via Bluetooth.
Is RUclips Music available for setup in the list of streaming services? Like Amazon Music and SoundCloud.
