      @@NicholasWrightHypnotherapy hi nick- I was joshing when I wrote this 3 years back. I do listen to various sleep meditation off & on … but your golf ones only get listened to during golf season… and not often then. I must say about a month ago after listening I was striking the ball cleanly and I attribute it partly to your meditation… but I also think the moons were perfectly aligned & I was feeling great. A couple weeks later I’m back to being a golf hack 😆. As I said in another comment I cannot seem to locate a couple ones I use to listen to. You only have seven so I guess I just need to listen to each until I find the ones I like best. I shoot low 90s but know I can still knock off several strokes if I make those putts that rattle around the rim but don’t fall or if I hit the green more on my approach opposed to being 10 foot off.     Hi Nicholas. Just discovered these. I think they're wonderful! Thank you so much. Just a thought- would you consider creating something we could listen to after that inevitable bad round? Perhaps something focusing on resilience and 'bouncebackabiliy'....Can you guess how my round went today??? 🤣

      Haha, yeah we all have those days!! I’ll give that idea some thought. Usually I like to keep the hypnotherapy/hypnosis forward looking rather than reflecting, but it could work if done with a positive spin and future pacing. In the meantime, play well! Nick
