I like the idea your guest has for his staff being able to become the best case person of themselves. Often times employers forget that the company is “Their baby “ and not the baby of the employee. With his approach you allow your employees to be more invested in the business and allows them to take pride in their contribution. Things can snowball from there and that’s good for the whole. Evan, can you please make videos for both Chamath Palihapitiya and Naval Ravikant? Both guys are tech billionaires with insane levels of insight and wisdom for startups and entrepreneurs and both have a lot of content online well Chamath has a lot but still Naval has some too.
