These "Peer-to-Peer Conversations" / interviews are consistently top class. I greatly enjoy watching them. And I learn a lot. Specially from this interview. New to me. Quick paced conversation. Inspiring guest. Both interviewer and interviewee are good role models. Good balance of content, mutual respect, and humility. Thanks posting and sharing. Please keep them coming : )

I find the David Rubenstein Show to be a great and informative show. He has great guests and great interviews. I am very happy for Robert F. Smith and the success and good works he has been able to do. I wish his shows were translated (subbed/dubbed) -- the content is globally relevant. It is amazingly educational, informational, and at times inspirational.

Such an amazing story. I think it is interesting to point out the connects he made in his second year in business school. Ken Chenault, Stan O'Neil, John Utendahl, etc. It shows that yes hard work can pay off, but access to power is the lifter and enabler of his kind of story. Much respect to Robert Smith. I agree…but no man wants battle the world and come home and fight a battle in his home. Too many of our women believe that conflict resolution requires the love and hip-hop model: aggressive, abrasive, emasculating.
It’s the same reason a lot of Black women are also willing to choose euro-men because they don’t want to have to struggle with men who aren’t about their discipline…
We both have a disconnect. Unfortunately, the gap is widening and I don’t even know how we fix it.

Popov Le Russe LOL rappers are PERFORMERS . they wear gear appropriate for their business. Just because many of them also happen to be black doesn't mean that they wear the same uniform to work LOL.

I don't know if wearing a nearly 300K USD Roger Dubuis watch is what we call low-key. The guy is great and has accomplished tons of good stuff for the community

Maybe you shouldn't. Two totally different cultures. I wouldn't tell Warren Buffet to start wearing tattoos; nor would I tell Justin Bieber to wear three-piece suits.

I am concerned by hepatic steatosis, fatty liver disease, a condition where the liver due to an accumulation of fats becomes enlarged, inflamed, and less flexible. Obesity is one of the causes. In the USA it affects 1 out of 3 adults. It is possibile congenital but surely attributable to very bad dietary habits leading to metabolic disorders. Some medicines can also alter liver functioning, which could worsen the situation. I would like to know how this medical condition is treated in the US? Is there an association of different enzymes that can treat it? How are they administered? Are they costly? Can they be purchased over the counter at local pharmacies? Are they reinbursed by medical insurance? Thanks for your help.
