There is no way of knowing if this car as 237k or 137k miles on it because the odometer doesn't go past the tenth hundredth place. But know for a fact that that car does not have 37k miles on it.
I agree, the underbelly is proof it is over 100k.
Once the odometer rolls over 99k the first digit on the odometer should be out of alignment with the rest of the numbers to let you know it’s over 100k miles.

Those bumpers were to meet the gov't 5mph crash standard. The front bumper would push in a few inches, being attached to shock absorbers.
The big bumpers look great on the 280Z, it makes it look classic and original.
