With the double heavyweight you've mentioned to size one size up for wearing it in summer time, to have a air flow between the fabric and the body. Do you stay to this suggestion?
If you have the Double HW T-shirts and that fits you the way you want it to, you should go with the same size in Triple HW. The sizing is pretty much the same. If you don't have our T-shirts, please check out the measurements on the product page of our website. Larger size would give you more room for airflow.

Could you please detail a bit more that torture test? Is that repeated machine washes with soap at 90+°C and more than 1400rpm? Thanks!
It's a home wash with hot water and tumble dry hot. Our machine maxes out at 60c. And no one should ever wash their clothes at 90+c.
Such a cool concept but basically $300 for this I just can’t convince myself to buy it.
Did you have to develop a custom ribbing for this fabric? Or were you able to utalize the rib from the double heavyweight?
It's a different rib fabric from the Double HW T-shirts.

How many yarns does it use? Im used to light=1 heavy=2, does triple heavy mean 3 yarns?
It's a single. It's the size (thickness) of the yarns that's different.
Is the sizing similar to the Double Heavyweight?
Same question here, I have double heavyweight size L, fits great so should I go for the same size?
Yes. You can see that the measurements are slightly larger in Triple HW but that's to accommodate the thickness of the fabric. The same size as Double HW T-shirts is recommended.
