What about the Eurostar and Javelin?

Milano Centrale is one of these stations where you still get that feeling of going on an epic journey.
Man, this train is so slick!
It was like entering the Star Trek Enterprise.
And this is the 20 years old one. The Frecciarossa 1000 interior is supposed to be better.
I agree! It's pretty "bling"
I hate it personally. I like the warm and comfy feeling of the ICE more, that’s also why I prefer it.
@@demoniack81 for a 20 yr old train set it's interiors are extremely premier in content. Exteriors ate similar to the TGVs, Thalys, way more than the DB ICEs
@@mstrmren I don't hate it.I love the meeting room! But you have a point with the warm lights of the ICE.
as an italian i’m so pround to see so many positive comments about the frecciarossa, thanks guys
You should be mate, it's absolutely stunning on that train. Way ahead of everyone else including the Germans!!
And Italo
I’m English even though some of my family come from Asia and some from Europe
Unlike us Americans u should be proud of it railway system
DB ist besser
The 8 really nice seats with a conference room, plus the red line on the floor reminded me of something out of Star Trek.
It really is 😅
I've been on that train many times and to see it this empty breaks my heart. it's crazy.
Yes, true! Crazy Corona times! When I travelled in it, it was fully packed!
Dylan talked about the lack of food, but with only a handful of passengers on the train, they must have to cut costs.
Even the standard class looked fantastic! Thanks for taking us out virtually on these wonderful trains!
So excited to see a company using metal instead of plastic for their water. It’s the little things that, as a traveler, help you enjoy the full experience!
The Freccia series is impressive. I've never been on the Frecciarossa, only Frecciabianca and Frecciargento and they're both great. And the approach to Venice is beautiful
I have ridden the Eurostar a few times, the TGV once, and the Trenitalia a couple times that were high speed. I am from St. Louis. Compared to the U.S., whenever I ride the high speed trains in Europe I feel that I have entered the future.
Even if I’ve never been to the USA, I still agree with you lol
imagine crossing the usa on a tgv style train !! the cost to build such a line !! maybe the billions spent on space travel could be used to help1000's of amercians to discouver their own country lol
@@dazlebluefrogify That's a great thought but we it difficult here to even build high speed short distance inter city trains. Actually prior to being a travel partner a few times with a daughter who wanted to see Europe starting in 2014, my wife gave me the OK to on my own ride all the AMTRAK train routes west of St. Louis taking 5 weekend to weekend trips between 2001 and 2013 to see The West with the mountains. They were really a long haul and too long for my wife who went once, but I saw great scenery. The TGV trip I took with my daughter in 2014 was Paris to Nice. The high speed trains we rode in Europe were amazing and I really enjoyed seeing the grand train stations as well. We also rode the Bermina in Switzerland and a sleeper car train from Munich to Amsterdam that I enjoyed as part of our four trips to Europe that I had never expected otherwise to see.
@@larryloveless2967 nice to hear about your trips switzerland really is such a beautiful country with breathtaking scenery ,the tgv you rode down to Nice would maybe of stopped at valence tgv station i live about 10 mins away, german trains i've only done a couple of times for a football match i went to see,i did venlo (in the netherlands) to dussledorf then next day dusseldorf to gelsenkirchen return i'd love to do the amtrak trains but they do seem pricey
@@dazlebluefrogify I rode "coach" on AMTRAK for 4 of my 5 trips just because of the price issue and convincing my wife to get the OK from her for me to do them. Taking a sleeper is much better of course but it is pricey. Good hearing about your trips. It was fun for me just seeing the high speed trains enter and leave the station just sitting on the platform like we did in Munich and Amsterdam and taking pictures of them. Two of the trips with my daughter we were on our own entirely and the two others started with a tour group and we were on our own for a couple days at the end. These trips started in 2014. The daughter whom I travelled with is a teacher who loves to travel each summer. My wife wanted me to be her travel partner and I ended up enjoying the trips as much as her. Seeing Switzerland and a day stay in Annency were really highlights for me. The Swiss and French Alps are amazing. You being close to the Mediteranean is sure good for you. I also took The Canadian train back and forth between Vancouver and Jasper as part of an AMTRAK trip through Seattle that was also great seeing the Canadian Rockies. The Canadian train (Toronto to Vancouver is the full route) uses 1950s era passenger cars they keep up so is very nostalgic. Good talking to you.
What a superb train, standard class looks like UK business class! Entire first coach to yourself, social distancing in the extreme, 186 MPH, impressive, what a stunning station in Milan.
Today Boris visited HS2, even that won't come anything close to this. Nice work Dylan.
Thanks!
I don't even think we (as in the UK) have anything that can even do 300kph/186mph. Even HS1 is just 225kph/140mph, though all other mainlines are 201kph/125mph or less (due to no in cab signalling) and many main lines have lower track speeds. Smaller lines are notorious for having low speed tracks & trains.
Now that, is the way to do rail travel.... To start with, the station at Milan is beautiful and I've never, ever seen a train car look like that inside. Not only is it proper decent quality and well made but its stylish and high tech as well. Even the cattle class seats and interior are better than first class rail travel in Blighty.
I knew the Italians do style like nobody else but this is amazing, well done Italy!!!
Maybe we need to get the Italians over here, in England, to sort out our shoddy rail network and stock.
Ps: Before making controversies about poor eating, I remind you that on this train(when there is no pandemic) in the upper classes they serve you to eat directly where you are seated (as in the business class of planes, breakfast lunch and dinner), in the lower classes they serve you a small snack sitting while if you want to eat you have to go to the bar
and on the Frecciarosaa between Milan and Venezia there isn't this meal service also without pandemic, because it's too short. You can find the Frecciarossa list with included a-la-card meal in executive class, on trenitalia.com
I am Italian and, although I no longer live in Italy, when I go home I love to travel on high speed trains. My last time with Frecciarossa was in 2014 on a trip Rome Termini-Bologna Centrale.
I would suggest you to travel once with Italo, the second high speed train operator in Italy, which offers very good and convenient services all over Italy (my last time was in February 2020 between Bologna Centrale and Turin Porta Susa, which I paid only 12,99)
I travelled with Italo a couple of months ago so expect a trip report on that in the coming months 😁
@@DylansTravelReports I was also going to ask if you had an Italo trip report in the works so I will be looking forward to it! I traveled in their 1st class product from Venice to Florence in December 2019 for €24,90 on tickets purchased the week prior to travel. Incredible value, I thought, on a product far superior (and cheaper) to the Frecciabianca (did not have the chance to try the Frecciarosa).
Generally you have a very descent meal served on Executive Class ... which I did traveled from Torino to Firenze. I guess because of the COVID situation, now they are keeping the service to a minimum .
I regularly travel (for work and pleasure, Pandemic aside) on Trenitalia high speed trains. Never been in Executive almost always in Business Class. It's a great value for money especially if you need to do some work or rest. Usually it's only 10-15€ more than the standard seat and it's a great bang for the buck!
Personally I’m a fan of Italo, because usually as price a little lower for the same route. But also Frecciarossa is a great train. I hope that one day also Italian regional train will reach this level of cleanliness and maintenance
Wow, this brought back so many memories of travelling Business Class between Desenzno del Garda and Milan in 2018 💚🍝🍦
for a train you sat was made around 2005, looks really modern and new
Impressive train. And, I think that 79 euros for that trip isn’t that pricey given the luxury of the train. I thought at first that it would be much more expensive.
And even standard class looks nice!
That's what I thought--80E is okay especially during the pandemic because there's so much room between passengers.
Remember it also gives you access to that lounge at the station, which would otherwise cost €20 on itself...
My thoughts: I assume this is the highest class you have traveled. Even the Standard class seats looked very plush and comfortable. This train was very quiet. You didn't dispense any soap; I always thought about wasting soap by dispensing it into the sink and not using it. ; ) As always, I enjoyed this video. I will make it to Italy one day, I hope.
Thanks! Yes this was the top tier of travel. I've decided to stop "testing" the soap in light of the pandemic as it seems wrong for it to go to waste atm.

8:38 The snacks were only that because of Covid-19. Usually you can order a whole lunch.
edit: oh you said it at the end
It's an usual thing on that route: there Executive menu is replaced by a sweet or savoury snack.

Thanks, Dylan! 3 videos this week, I can't believe it, you give us happiness! I also agree 95% on almost everything you say on all your trip reports. You are very lucky to be traveling this summer (and all year round), and I am enjoying your travels !!! We are going to take new trains soon too, so we can compare. See you soon. Thank you for everything.
Thanks for watching! Glad you're enjoying 😁
I can't wait to see the outside world again. It's been 6 months already since I stepped out of my city.
Thank you for your videos. I somehow at least see the world again.
It's hard times. Just remember, it will end some day.
Trapped. Like an American.
Hi Dylan, great video as always. No wonder why the train looks so beautiful. It literally nails everything: the legroom, luggage storage, seat comfort, plug sockets, you name it. Looking forward to the next trip report on Monday, and please stay safe as well. 😊😊
Thanks!
@@DylansTravelReports No worries.
i`ve travel by Frecciarossa many times, usually i took Premium Class, it is also ok ;)
Great trip! greeting from Poland
Superb! Thank you. Love 🇮🇹
Trenitalia is the only way to travel between main tourist cities around Italy. We traveled from Roma to Venezia, back to Firenze, and then back to Roma about two years ago and would do it again tomorrow if it weren't for Covid. We did first class, but not as fancy as shown here. Don't remember if it was 2x2 or 1x2 seating, but very luxurious, very fast and well worth the few Euro upcharge.
You inspired me to travel. Honestly, I'm afraid of a lot of things right now. Your videos gave me inspiration and courage. Thank you.
Glad I could inspire you 😁
I remember taking the Frecciarossa from Naples to Venice back in 2016. Best train ride I ever had, though being on a college budget, I only got standard class.
Wow! Beauty, class and quality in every aspect except for the meager snacks served on the train. The Milano station was gorgeous. All three levels of seating on the train were top notch. Even the standard seats were appealing. But you’re right, the mid range seating on this train was the best combo of comfort and price. That executive seating certainly allowed tons of personal space per passenger, but didn’t seem to warrant the high ticket cost. Lovely countryside views! I recognize that Covid safety precautions have put a damper on travel meal services. But given the ticket price that you paid, a much higher quality of snacks or pre-wrapped light meal items should have been offered. 🌾
Travelled on it once between Milan and Turin, terrific value for money and a fantastic service
Nice review. I actually took this train myself back in 2018 in economy from Venice to Peschiera Del Garda and back for a daytrip to Gardaland with my family. And even though we never went "truly high speed", my mom who is very much not a public transport kinda person was actually quite impressed by the speed and ride quality. This was also her first experience with High speed rail as well. Sadly we had a delay on the high speed stretch from Venice to Padova which made us miss the shuttle bus in Peschiera and just reaffirmed most of her existing disapointment in anything but car travel.
But on the way back there were no delays, though we did need a transfer at Venice Mestre and on our transfer train were some clearly American young women who were just so incredibly loud and bitchy and who annoyed the hell out of the evening commuters who just sat on the train disapointed. You could hear them 2 whole carriages away and these were the old carriages with doors and passageways in between the coaches that's how loud they were! But enough of that tangent.
hi dylan! i'm a subscriber of yours coming from italy and i noticed how your videos about italian trains mention scarce food service. however, i wanted to let you know that this is all because of the pandemic rules and frecciarossa trains normally operate a honestly excellent food service both by order and on specific couches. i also think the intercity notte offers a pretty nice service in this regard. lastly, i recommend that you also try out italo's highest tiers (they are the main private competitors to frecce trains, which are owned by the Italian public railway company) and maybe milan's metro system. huge compliments for your incredibly interesting content, keep it up!!!
I just find it a bit odd that they can provide a prepackaged snack but not something like a prepackaged sandwich. We have the same issue in the UK atm. I have a review of Italo in Prima coming up in the next few months 😁
Having took a few trips from Venice to Milan and back with both Italo in Prima their Pendolinos and Trenitalia Frecciarossa in Business, I honestly can't say there is much between them in terms of comfort and interior. Each of them has little things very slightly better than the other, but you won't be really disappointed with either of them.
What I have found consistently different has been the service. As a non Italian native, I've often found it difficult to have a conversation with the TI staff or even to ask for the specific drink or snack I'd like from the offering, whereas with Italo staff it's felt very easy. I assume that is either due to training or they're deliberately recruiting multilingual staff.
Wow! It is indeed a beautiful and comfortable train. I have travelled in the same from Bologna city to Florence to and fro. Was quite expensive as I did not book in advance. I traveled in the second class though. Since it was pre Corona time...it was fully packed...and every passenger had a seat number. I find the Swiss, and Austrian trains also few of the best in Europe
Excellent review as always Dylan. I travel in Italy extensively and I have to agree with others' comments that the ETR 500 Frecciarossa trains are far superior to the newer Hitachi-built ETR 400 (Frecciarossa 1000) units.....in terms of both seat comfort and ride quality. It's a great pity that you weren't able to experience the at seat meal service but, in the current pandemic situation, there's no way that the catering staff can work together safely within the cramped confines of the kitchen and bar areas. Looking forward to your Italo video. Buon viaggio and stay safe!
This train feels exclusive. The fact that they have four classes in one is awesome.
I agree. I wish more countries would offer more than just 2 classes of travel on intercity trains.
Milano Central had me thinking of movie sets.
I think I would choose standard class.
I was at this railway station (Milan)last year, was looking for train and place to get a SIM card, didn’t even see the beauty what I can see now, thanks
Oh no, you skipped my city! :D (Padova, last stop before Venezia-Mestre). Great video btw!
Thanks! 😃
Hi Dylan !! Nice video, and very nice journey ! Have you ever been to Poland ? There are also very good trains and tickets relatively cheap, and the scenery is beautiful! You really won't regret it...
Thanks! Yes, I was in Poland last week filming some stuff. Coming soon 😁
Thanks for the excellent job and trip.
Awesome report..!! I enjoyed so much, Milano Centrale is just magnificent..!! Let's hope all this Pandemia Thing will end up soon, and travel can be enjoyed on its full again. Even Standard Class look pretty decent on that train. Of course the other 2 Classes are just marvelous...! Thanks for the ride..!
Thank you for this. I decided to sit in executive on a 6-hour train ride before seeing this. Having seen this I was able to decide that my return only needs business class and chose my seat based on this video. Thank you.
Beautiful structure. Always amazed the number of people who take trains.
Great video! Yesterday I traveled on ÖBB Railjet in Business class and there was the same seats, but on your train was more legroom :-) I'd also like to try the Freciarossa's high speed train!
Thanks! I noticed they are also the same on CD's Railjets.
@@DylansTravelReports Oh sorry, I watched this video twice, but I didn't notice the information about ČD :-D But yes, the seating layout reminds more of ČD railjet, but ČD lacks small side tables. ÖBB has them and also offers more privacy in Business than ČD :-)
Awesome video. I agree when you used to get a full meal and now you get a snack. That is a insult, especially in the top tier class. Other than that the train looked awesome
Again, great video! Traveling from Milan to Venice what seemed like a thousand years ago, I had great trip also. Had a proper food service! I used to work in the Airline business, ( rhymes with American), when they started to suspend meal service and charge for baggage, everything went to hell in a hand basket! I fear that everything like that will soon happen to the European Railways when they see how much money they save not serving food. They don't realize that they'll soon lose business. enough rant, looking forward to the next video.
Thanks!
I've travelled on this train, on this exact route. So cool! But imo I like ICE first, then the Frecciarossa and then the TGV. I think TGV was the fastest but it broke down en route to Paris..
The girl on the right at 12:11 😂
"Shit, someone is filming, better pretend I'm working!"
looks like a great train if you blink youll miss the sceenery it goes so fast cheers mate
Great video. Now what I felt was- it would've been better if seats in Executive class didn't face each other. It would give a better amount of privacy.
On another note, I really like your format. Crisp and to the point explanations. Bravo!!!
Thanks. Some don't face each other but from what I've seen, it's rarely busy.
I couldn't help the thought at seeing that Executive Class section, "There's a fine line between "luxury" and "just kinda taking the piss"." It reminded me a lot of the top class on the new Chinese high speed trains, which are deliberately priced so high that mostly only foreign tourists can afford them and are laid out in a similar way; 6 single seats in a conspicuously empty space. I just can't help the feeling that FS could easily push these seats a little closer together, fit in an extra row or two, and not lose any of the "Executive" feel of this class.
It also seems that lackluster on-board service is a bit of a theme today. I just finished watching Simply Railway's look at the New York-Boston Amtrak Acela 1st Class service and he too encountered an inattentive attendant. As pretentious as it sounds, it seems there's a bit of truth to the old complaint, "You just can't find good help these days."
Don't forget the extremely rich Chinese businessman
Frecciarossa and tgv are one of the best
What a fantastic train, it puts British trains to shame in my opinion. I guess as the guy says, the food service could be better, but that's all from what I can see!
Usually they serve much more things and the café is quite fine... unfortunately, due to the pandemic, they were only serving those packed biscuits and coffee at that time
It's a pity that they removed the whole delitious meal since the pandemic, was the greatest reason to get an executive class ticket.
I travelled on a Frecciarossa 1000 service the very same day as you from Milan to Firenze, I was in Premium class and the onboard personel passed by a few times with snacks and a menu that had 3 different meals, I'm kind of surprised you didn't get anything. Still, amazing trains! Travelling at 300km/h is absolutely amazing.
The restaurant service has been suspended for Covid19.
@@dandegi2946 Yes but the women that sat on the other side of the car I was in got some take-away spaghetti she ate while still in the train, it was just not in the restaurant car, and that was on the 5th of August 2020 as well.
@@happun Take-away spaghetti is possible to order only in the Excecutive class. All other services are suspended. Ciao ciao.
@@dandegi2946 Well according to a menu I found online, and assuming it hasn't changed in the meanwhile, the meal in question was lasagna, not spaghetti, but that doesn't change the fact that I saw that lady get served a meal in that train on that day and in premium class, I don't really see what it is you're arguing about.
@@happun Spaghetti or lasagna, Premium or Excecutive class, I don't doubt what you saw, you misunderstood my words. I have also taken that train in this pandemic period, sometimes, the service has been heavily downsized, but I too, like you, have seen some spaghetti or lasagna etc ... available only to order. Very simple, no useless bickering, no doubt about what you say, you have seen and I have seen too. Relax and ciao ciao. バイバイ.
Hi Dylan, could you please do more narrated vids? Thanks for showing us your travels. They are very exciting and informative to watch.
Thanks for your suggestion. My main reason for doing captions is I feel adding voice over would take away from a more "raw" travel experience.
Of all the trips on a train this was the most impressive video in my opinion. I would love to ride this train if I ever get the chance to. In regards to your complaint to a meal, it was just a slightly over 2 hour trip. Had this trip been longer, I can see the need of a small meal. Still impressive!
I would agree but the meal is one of the main benefits of Executive Class when compared to Business Class. Still a good trip though.
Great video. What an impressive train! I think I'd go for the Business Class to save a few bob compared to Executive Class. Looks lke it still would offer excellent value compared to some First Class travel in the UK.
Thanks!
Excellent review! Next time if you can try the Frecciarossa 1000. It all pressurized, and doesn’t have locomotor. The engines makes all the wheels for the train move at the same time. Much more ecological, better ride comfort and better overall performance. ;-)
Hopefully next time although I tend to much prefer a locomotive config as opposed to multiple units.
Dylan's Travel Reports the 1000 have newer cars and interiors. You can rotate 180 the seat to look in the direction you prefer
www.trenitalia.com/it/le_frecce/frecciarossa_1000.html
Great review - I would still like to do Executive Class once the pandemic is done as the on board service was reportedly excellent pre-Covid. And those seats - I'd happily have one of those at home!
Thanks!
Great trip report those trains really do look premium and luxurious in all 4 classes also the meeting room where business people can have there conferences and talk about stocks shares investments etc also at a very fast speed 186mph /300kmh preety sure you wouldn't be able to do that in your standard office building 😉 but the best part for me was the entrance into the main city of Venice by the lagoon so scenic and an amazing city
This looks like a classic Italian express train cool
I just really love the architecture of Europe. Their trains too are well designed too. US has some catching up to do with their trains. The best for me is still Japanese trains ...
But since you posted this, I might have to go with this one..
How about Korean trains?
@@budisoemantri2303 I only experienced the one in Seoul. The one to d airport is pretty cool but I would say it's a very nice city train like HK or Japan. Not d most wow but efficient and clean. What surprised me most is how d rest room is so clean at their station.
Dylan, I have to complain a little on this one; beautiful train btw, thanks ! Business class and Premium make sense but Executive does not ! The far far apart seats is simply wasted space; and that board room !?! How many times a year do they book that ? A 2.5 hour trip in Executive class with only a meager snack ? You had a better snack in the lounge at the station, there was more stuff. All in all, a nice trip but I would not say it looked better than the Britain to France train through the tunnel. I could be wrong because you liked it. Cheers !!
I must agree with you to some extent. It would be a lot better if they offered their pre-covid service and if the prices were a bit cheaper.
Damn I really want to comeback to Europe now for trains and everything else
For "everything else"?
You're really sure about that?
Beautiful video of high speed rail from Milan to Venice in 2 hours this is nice day excursion and Wi-Fi is usually hit or miss but beautiful train l felt l was travelling just by watching perhaps soon meal car will be back like you mentioned packaged food staff can put food in fridge and people pre paid when buying ticket online
I am pleased you included views from the train. I camped on the shore of Lake Garda in the sixties. I loved the huge juicy peaches, cheese, bread and cheap Cooperativa wine.
My suggestion : It would be better if u add some information about the station. For e.g some details about station Brescia and the number of train halts
Wonderful video as always! 😄👍
Beautiful Milan train station! And I really like the health and safety kits they were handing out. Wish we did that here in USA.
Great video.
Appreciate that view when you were approaching your carriage too! 😂
enjoyed your trip-view, but especially the final segment from Venice Maestre to ST Lucia ... a route which I saw a few years ago from a Venice City-Bus window; it brings back many happy memories of my first glimpses of Venice and then of the week I was able to spend there.
Glad you enjoyed 😁
Another excellent video .....well done
Im italian the FRECCIAROSSA is my favorite high speed train
You’re doing that weird tapping thing again Dylan! 😆 Great video though as always!
Thanks 😅
What a gorgeous train! An excellent seat although I have to agree with you, Dylan, that the cost is not worth it, especially when you aren't being served a hot meal.
Milan is a beautiful station, isn't it? I was there in May of 2019 and I found the architecture stunning. I hope to see Venice, as well as Verona, Florence, and Rome on my next journey to Italy.
Thanks for the video. Stay safe and see you on Monday!
Dylan, another great video. I must say that Milan Central is a bit reminiscent of Grand Central Terminal in New York City.
Thanks!
I wait so much for this FINALLY!!
When I read Executive I thought you were going to showcase the Executive Class on the Frecciarossa 1000 trains. That executive class is really top level. Anyways, dope video ;)
Luca Cavicchioli Agreed. 15-20 year old trains wasn’t what I was expecting....
Tbh, from what I've seen, the older ETR 500s are actually better.
@@NonstopEurotrip an Italian RUclipsr , Marcello Ascani, recently did a review on the Executive Class on the newer trains. And the service he received (in these times BTW) was the total opposite from your video. I suggest you check it out ;)
Damn, a midroll advert in the middle of Dylan's toilet visit. Coincidentally, also in the middle of mine 🤣
I love your videos! I watch train trip videos all the time. As a foodie and chef I wish more time is given to the food when there is food to mention. I am about to retire and plan to do train travel all over the world. Can you give me tips on how to video and edit trips? Keep up the good work and let me know when you come to the US again. I live in DC. Thanks!
I've got to say that with the seats so far apart and no other passengers in their that Executive class is darn freaky. Business class looks much nicer to be in.
4:36 Gotcha!
guys, in normal times lunch is included for free, it's the bonus, they do not sell the ticket advertizing the meal, that's one more thing they usually give you. I think the main reason is to cut costs. Keep in mind that Italy has been in a severe lockdown for months without sells, this company has had great economic losses and still runs a great service, despite only being able to sell now, in a not-lockdown period, 40% of its normal capacity. They sell a high-speed train ticket, at 70 € for its top class. Try to book a regular train ticket in any other Westner country and compare. Munich - Frankfurt which is more or less the same distance, costs 107 € in 2nd class, without any meals.
Thank you for the video.
Hey Dylan need your voice over , I always get a good sleep with your voice so I request you for a voice over on all videos. Apart from that all your videos are good and much appreciated
Great job my friend
I hope you enjoyed your time in Venice. It's one of my favourite places in the world.
It was great! A truely amazing city!
We traveled in Executive class from Florence to Rome. It was awesome, we were away from the all the other tourists and it was white glove service. Seriously, the guy had white gloves on and served us like we were royalty. There were two businessmen in their designer suits in the car, but that was it. It was like taking vacation from the idiot tourists that you are around constantly.
Agree with that, pre-packaged meal is good solution instead only serving snack. Very appreciate that FS who providing health & safety kit before boarding the train. Also great FS provide lounge for Executive passengers Frecciarossa. Next how about trying the competitor of this train, Italo?
I have a review of Italo coming up in the next few months 😁
Bravo, Dylano !!!
I'm currently binge watching your videos and this is the most impressive train so far. Only 60 odd to go
Thanks!
Executive Class appears to have too much leg room with no footrest which is a shame - as was the missed opportunity for them to provide a decent prepacked meal en route even during the Corona crisis. Overall though wow - what a train! (Don't think we'll see this is the UK any time soon!)
Really nice view of the ahem train from 14:37
Took this train from Rome to Naples business class a few years ago - it was so cheap!
It is strange how overlooked are Italian High-speed efforts in Europe. When talking about HS, everyone mentiones the TGV, ICE, Renfe and even the RailJet services. The Italians rarely get a mention, even trough this looks like a great service. I guess that might be down to the fact that there is a lot of providers there and it is hard to name a national champion. Thanks for the video trough, I am looking forvard to trying it out.
hi Dylan, awsome video. i love milano centrale, it is one of the most beautiful train stations...
Thanks!
