Very informative! That truly motivates me to take note of my thoughts quicker. Sometimes I think about it when I'm in too deep emotional storm (anxiety, self-deprecating mood, bpd triggered), but yes I'll try to note them earlier. Thank you 👍 really appreciate your work! 👏

This is a very good video with excellent tips. The problem I have is it feels like trying to brainwash yourself and don’t truly believe the evidence against column
