Thanks for a great video! How would you take the quick release off? Can't really heat it because of the plastic. I need to change it.
If you are changing the gun quick release for a new one
Take the casing off
14mm Allen key and unscrew the 1st part
It should not be too tight
Take the oring out and heat to break the loctite
@@KranzlePressureWashers Thank you for your answer.
What do you mean with 1st part? The quick release coupler with the 14mm Allen screw sits very tight on the stainless tube. On this video you took it off by heating up the Loctite what I can't do because of the plastic. Or should I be able to get the plastic off somehow 🤔
@@villeautio197if you have Instagram message there it’s easy to explain @kranzle_
The quick release is a two part thing one part is on the stainless steel has has an oring in, the other part is the main quick release with the balls spring etc
Also malcolm can you send me the prices of that complete package and how to ordering that machine,,,
Hi and thanks for your video. Have you also parts made of stainless steel for rework the gun and hose for quick release?
The best quality stainless quick release couplings for the hose and gun is this - www.devilsshadow.co.uk/products/full-stainless-steel-quick-release-for-m22
@@KranzlePressureWashers Thank's for your quick response, unfortunatelly no shipping to Germany.
Hey. Is there a replaceable o ring or something along those lines inside the quick release part? I have a M2000 with a QR fitted and it now leaks water out the end when the machine is on but you're not pulling the trigger. Is this fixable? Thanks. Ben

All Good , Thanks for your video
What is the part number for the quick release? I just brought the Profi 160 TST today and would like everything to be quick release
Did you buy the machine from us? I can sort it when I get to work
Or would you like you convert yourself?
@@KranzlePressureWashers Hi unfortunately I didn’t buy it off you. I bought it in Ireland and I would like to do this myself.

One is for the gun end
One is for the lance end
@@KranzlePressureWashers Thank you get much for your help 💪💪💪
Are these compatible with my Honda?
If you Honda has m22 screw hose yes just need to get the correct lance nozzle
@@KranzlePressureWashers and how do I work out what Lance nozzle I need ?
There is a calculation the pressure in BAR and the Litres per minute
Or it should say in the manual or on the existing nozzle
@@KranzlePressureWashers thanks for your help wanted to get them changed before the season kicked in swapping from Lance to surface cleaner is a pain with the screw fixings
Great videos by the way 👍
What kind of loctite should i use for this? Regards, Marko
We use the green 270 loctite
Kranzle Pressure Washers thanx for the quick aswer
On the new Quick release there are 2 lugs that have to be lined up to retract. Is there room on the old type 22mm lances on the casing for the lugs to clear?
Gary Byrne they have the same casings so it’s a perfect fit
hi there, what is the thread of the lances of the quadro 599 tst? tks
Usually on the larger machines like the 599tst it’s 1/4” bsp
On the portable range 12mm
did you burn the rug?
Hahah No but looking back it was pretty dumb 🤪
Is that quick-release a D10 or a D12 ?
This quick release connection in the video is D12
@@KranzlePressureWashers
So that lance is not from a (domestic) 1050 series, but some bigger pressure wash?
Or could you put D12 instead of D10 on other Kranzle triggers/lances as well?
I have a 1050TS at a remote home location and are planning ahead for attachments using whatever washer is available to me at work or Swedish gas-station. First requirement is that it fits to my Kranzle.
@@orjanjhmagnusson great question 👍
Both D10 or D12 connections would be fine to use on any machine, However you must use the correct size lance nozzle for the machine
So if you have a larger machine at work that uses an 045 lance nozzle but you would like to use that lance on your 1050 machine you would not get full pressure
Or
If you wanted to use the 1050 lance on a bigger machine the machine would work over pressure and could it
How much are these
