    I am diabetic since last 12 years. Almost every day I eat 1 ripe banana even sometimes 2 bananas.
    No spike in sugar 😀 Yes off course I care for total carb intake

      Kidney patients are prone to electrolyte imbalance (i.e; sodium and potassium). Bananas are rich in potassium (86mg/100g) and have a greater edible portion if you're someone at the risk of hyperkalemia (excess potassium levels) you should avoid bananas.

      Raw bananas are rich in fiber and are good for someone suffering from constipation. On the other hand, ripe bananas have very low fiber content and do not offer any benefits for someone who's constipated however, they are safe to be eaten.
