Most sounds and some sprites were taken straight from the game files and thus belong to Nikalis. The wheel of fortune card was taken from a Tabletop Simulator addition in the steam workshop.

Let's be honest, the second half of the mega satan fight is a lot of bullet hell stuff that wouldn't be that interesting to see from first person, since you can only appreciate the patterns from a top-down perspective.

How to avoid animating an Isaac boss fight:
*Chaos Card.*
Both a way to not spend months animating one fight and to cheese out on an easy stage
The animator showed all there is to the fight. Minus the cracking skull at the end if he fought it.
isaac doesn't want to deal with the rest of the fight either i'm sure of it.
Well that and he had a very mediocre build
And yes, sycthes flying all around Isaac is considered mediocre to me

The perspective gives off a suitable feeling of being small and in danger, the ways the enemies move is really good (the way the fallen angels bob when they move is a nice touch), all in all, a really good fanwork.

Andreas Berglund hey Isaac's heart is terrible on it's own but it paired with some other normally sub par items are op breath of life for instance allows you to be invincible forever just hold space bar you won't get damage from holding the button for to long because isaac's heart.
Zorua Fox Mhm. Especially if you get it early. Just yesterday I abused it on Blood Donation Machines (Buying out shops), Devil Beggers (Offensive items), and Curse Rooms (Devil Pool Items) to become OP pretty quick.

The animations look spot-on to how everything moves, but with that little extra flourish to make it pop. I think my favorite part though is continuity between this and the previous animation. Not just in the demonstration of items collected along the way, but the fact that Isaac in the original animation looked so unsure and intimidated by everything, but you can see little else but determination in how strategic he is here. We can assume he found an Ankh somewhere and became ???, at which point he rethought everything about his approaches and became far more pragmatic.
Dropping down a slot machine specifically to blow it up for the potential of a good item, using a bomb to cut off War mid-charge, timing it so the Pale Horse gets caught in it too, recovering from being stuck in the blast thanks to the Holy Mantle, using Gnawed Leaf to let Daddy Long Legs, the Knives and the Flies take care of Lust and Wrath, saving his charge for Crack the Sky for the final four sins to avoid fighting against multiple AoE-touting enemies for too long, and saving Chaos Card to the very end for if Satan tries anything.
Combined with the tiny goofy touches like War accidentally killing Death and eating a fly, and the more subtle flourishes like the Angels' sashes flowing in the wind and the monumental effort that must've gone into keeping the spatial reasoning of the clusterfuck that this fight can be straight, let alone keeping track of Isaac actually getting hit and making sure all the deaths of major bosses were in-frame, I'm enthralled by it.
This is genuinely so sick! You absolutely nailed the details of everything! Glad Repentance dropped so RUclips could swing this back around to my recommendations.

The amount of details here. Not having enough keys, not taking Isaac's Heart, permanent polaroid invisibility in action, the sound of Famine flying by you, Death taking a bomb out of the corner of your POV, etc. I love this so much

It's been so long, but finally you did it!
I really love the animations, especially the fallen angels ones.
The only thing I didn't love was just the position of the tears: to linear, but I can't imagine the hard work you have to do to animate every single tear :P
Overall great job! I'm happy that the Isaac community is starting to create also some animations!

Yeah the tears don't have the same physics they would have in-game, they're travelling along a curve which basically follows the camera's orientation at all times. This method made it a lot easier for me to animate them, but it does indeed look a little off.

Yeah and Tiny planet tends to give insane tear height as well as range - I noticed that when I ended up with Tiny Planet + Ipecac and my tears would just go over rocks before having done a full circle. I think that, technically, his tears should start by going up very fast then go around him, falling down to finally touch the ground after going around him something like 2 circles.

As someone who has logged over 1400 hours in BOI (Rebirth, Afterbirth and Afterbirth+) You followed the style of the game very well. my ONLY little nitpick is the enemies never blinked red for damage, (probably would have been a little complicated, especially with how often they got hit) and like I said that was a massive nitpick, so great job on the animation and capturing the style of the game in a 3d aspect

This was a pretty fucking awesome animation here, my favorite part was when mega Santa was like "you think you have beaten me, well then take a look at my final for- oop, chaos card, never mind." you should do hush and delirium next, and maybe as a bonus you could do the witness from the antibirth mod. that would be pretty insane.
