Maybe he’s mentally beating himself up for not being a good enough son that he thinks she wants to sacrifice him, and so he beats himself up in the world in his mind? Blue Baby is just him once again denying reality as he dies. Satan is likely there as at this point Isaac believes he has sinned and is trying to destroy Satan, so that there’s nobody to accuse him of doing so The Lamb might be him trying to prove that despite what he thinks he’s done wrong, that he can still be a good guy, maybe by beating up a major force of evil? Mega Satan is just Satan but on steroids. He’s trying to beat him as a way of fighting off his survival instincts or other things he’d view as sins Hush represents Isaac dying. Look at its face, its shape, it looks like it’s having trouble breathing. It’s so primitive looking because the need for oxygen is one of the most primitive things about a human Ultra Greed represents, well, greed. Well at least Mega Satan is Counted as a Boss, he does have Two Phases, Summons Goonies (The Horsemen, the 7 Deadly Sins, And the Fallen Angel Selves of Gabriel And Archangel Uriel) Tries to make himself seem to crush you as you fight a giant Version of himself. And at the end you can choose to end your Run too (I do it if I just want to play the Rebirth Experience of finishing a run)

Actually, me too! I beat Satan while simultaneously getting Transensdence. I had Tammy's Head and Brimstone which probably explains why I took the risk of going down another level instead of ending the run.

The Phase 2 is more shorter than the first one. In the first phase, Mega Satan has 3000HP, and also you have to defeat waves of enemies, AND he protects himself sometimes with him's hands, but in Phase 2 Mega Satan has 2000HP and only attacks you, and he don't have hands in that phase, but him's attacks becomes a little harder
