Not all is good news for Germany, as despite their victory and satisfying spoils of war, their former allies of the Ottoman Empire and Austria-Hungary would collapse.

Your idea to not make the world so black and white, such as in ww2 or kaiserreich, is so refreshing, although I think the borders could improve from what they’re now, like the border templates for Great War redux and Kaiserredux
Borders are always up for interpretation, but I think I did great with the story

Superheavy tanks don't work, remember the Maus? It could only cross large bridges, sink in open terrain and would get suck in city streets that are destroyed.
The Germans only managed to pass the Adenns bc they had light tanks, france thought that move impossible bc they had heavy tanks.
This is why in the one where France wins the war they didn't do it

2:33:00 / 2:52:00 don't forget the fact that without the US joining the first world war large swathes of the population are still proud of their German heritage, many people Americanized their names and hid their ancestry when the US went to war with Germany.
It wouldn't be a stretch to think that the US might be pro German, either by their Presidents disposition or by the fact that they are either on par or nearly on par in size with Americans that have British ancestry, plus Germans are very concentrated in some states, making it possible that presidents have to cater to the German voters to secure a victory, the German American vote could be the swing vote between Republicans and Democrats, especially because a large chunk of the German migration happened between 1800 and 1900, making it not that far fetched that they still feel connected to their homeland as it has been 0-2 generations for them, even the youngest German Americans would have still grown up with German speaking grandparents and stories of Germany, even more so now where being German is a badge of pride not shame.

I personally dont think Germany would invade my country The Netherlands as they were pretty good trade guys and if I recall correctly the King actually supported Germany but the Queen didnt which is why they stayed neutral or something like that also W video.

Do not forget that austria had 3 armies:
An austrian one, funded by the regions of austria, bohemia, slovenia and the southen parts if poland
A hungarian one funded by hungary major, croatia and partially by bosnia
The imperial army, funded by both but due to tensions between the hungarian and austrian nobles and being the best funded
For a more competent army in austria the simplest way would be that, maybe 10-15 years after the ahu compromise (1867) both sides realizing that the 3 way army is nonesense, territorial issues (a and hu army were regional armys, each corps being there for a certain region and only the imperial army, the largest and best funded one being a regular standing army) the austrian emperor giving the battalions to the common army and a working together of the german, hungarian and austrian forces around 1895 to get the austrian forces back to shape. (The more i read the worse it gets)
Also important would be a heavy investment of the emperor and nobility to build more railways and connect them better as that was a HUGE drag on our economy, see austrian mountain farmers/lumberjacks STILL largely using donkeys and horses to ferry around food and largely wooden logs, severely hampering austrias economic rise

I have a complaint to the series, which is a lack of exploration/explanation of German internal politics, since they went from Conservative to Social Democratic from 1916 to 1932... That's a major oversight/blind spot to the series overall!
Other than that I have nothing to critique, but only interested questions as to specific countries, like Germany's relationship with Denmark and Britain? :) Great scenario!

I believe you neglected the role of the German navy in your version of WW2. The U-Boat fleet was already a highly successful force in WW1 and with no research or army size restrictions after the Great War, Germany would only have expanded its U-Boat fleet both in size and technology. Why is this important? Two reasons:
1) The German U-Boats would blockade France's harbors, making the French super heavy tanks run out of fuel rather sooner than later. This would affect all other imports too, of course. With a neutral'ish Italy and a somewhat hostile Spain (a Habsburg is on their throne afterall) there wouldn't be any substantial land trade either once the war breaks out.
2) As per your history Germany depended on Persian oil, which was transported via Turkey and the Balkans and Austria-Hungary and Illyria to Germany. So they would send a second U-Boat fleet into the region to make the Italians stop invade and disturb this lifeline to German economy. (I believe they would have intervened for the same reason in the Austria-Hungary and Illyria break way war earlier.)
Without the (British) Royal and US navies intervening on the opposite site of Germany, I believe Germany would have total control of European sealanes.
Here's another thought: Germany should even be able to send considerable help to Asia to protect their (and allied Dutch) colonial interests against the Japanese, making Germany a very tempting ally for the US and and possibly Britain in the pacific theatre of war. German U-Boats and US aircraftcarrier fleets supported by the Royal Navy would make for a force to be reconned with, making Japan fall way faster than they did in our timeline. In addition a massive allied presence in the Pacific may make the reunification of China impossible with Germany, Britain and US dividing all the spoils amongst each other.
So given neutral/ cordial relationships between Germany, Britain and US an Alliance between the three sounds to me rather likely. Especially since this is a defensive war for Germany (both against French/ Russian and Japanese agressors). If Germany secures this, they just cannot lose the war on the continent. The Brits and USA will happily fuel the German war effort with their economical power without having to shed a single drip of blood in Europe. - On the other side German participation in the pacific will be of massive use in the war against Japan.

*Its kinda dissapointing how you left out one of the biggest uprisings in 19th century African history*
The dervish movement started by the somalis in northern somaliland against the British pretty much fought as its own state in ww1, had the ottomans won their support would've basically cut the British and italians of entirely from the horn of africa
These countries were already forced to govern the coastal cities alone and a loss in ww1 would mean complete loss of the colony, the british had previously fought against the uprising for close to 2 decades already so they wouldn't want to continue their own version of Afghanistan in east africa
The central powers would also clearly want to keep british forces away from their borders in middle africa so would support the creation of a pan-somali state against the wishes of ethiopia who had joined the defeated entente and lost its majority somali territories in the east
I expect the dervish state to mostly be an anti-colonial state and mostly push for conservatism, industrialisation and partial isolationism mirroring the culture of the somali peoples
I dont think the dervish will be heavily impacted by the collapse of the ottomans as they wouldn't really mind their arab neighbors next door but they would be against the persian and russian destruction actions against their ottoman allies
I suspect them to stay mostly neutral though to keep their ties with germany strong in order to stave off british/ethiopian territorial ambitions and continued steady industrialisation
After a couple years when ww2 breaks out they support the german to mostly kick the french out of djibouti
