    These are good demonstrations for beginners. Reducing risk for injury is so important. I love this guy.

    Keep in mind, the Five stars are based on my needs for this item ruclips.net/user/postUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS When I first bought the bike I was going to return it immediately. After trying it out for several days/weeks I came to realize it is actually perfect for WHY I bought it.This is not a workout, the resistance is, eh, it makes a bit of noise, not loud, and it isn’t very stable even with the mat. The mat certainly keeps the bike from sliding but nothing keeps the mat from sliding (if that makes any sense, lol). Mine is place on my hard wood floor. Maybe it would be better with a rug underneath??I sit for long hours for work and wanted something to keep my legs moving. This bike does exactly that! For the price it is amazing, it is compact, easy to use, light weight, keeps track of time, calories etc (not sure how accurate it is) but good little product. I am happy with it.

    "three popular leg exercises"....no squats and the hack squat is a behind the back deadlift from what i have learnt

    • @goodsmithies812
      @goodsmithies812 7 лет назад +2

      Clouds The series focuses on injury-free movements, so squats wouldn't go in b/c it's fairly easy to get injured on them. Might agree on the hack squat bit tho, besides not every gym has that machine

      Dorian yates always believes that you don't need squat to build legs . You can only do a good 5 sets of legs press . Its better for your back health and muscles development

    Ergonomically speaking, everyone is taught to lift with their legs instead of their back. I'm just saying.

      Keep shoulders back, chest high & focus on hingeing back at the hip with your butt out rather than bending down!

      lazzer7 lighten the weight too so you can get the form down pat. You don’t wanna snap something up.

      It's also important to really focus on keeping your chest,back,and abs tight as you do the movement. Many including myself have had difficulty keeping things tight while doing different exercises and what's helped me tremendously is no matter what body part I'm working make sure you are flexing (posing) for at least 30 seconds as hard as you can after each set.This teaches you to focus on keeping those muscles tight and goes a long way to forming a solid mind muscle connection. When I first started lifting I found it very difficult to mentally stay inside the muscle while working it and I saw the most rapid advancement after I started flexing after each set. You will also begin to flex throughout the day and I even flex each muscle for at least 30 seconds 3 to 5 times a day and it's just keeps getting better and better.
