Have you tried essential oils? I thought I had restless leg syndrome, but I just can’t quit moving them. Keeps me awake and I use essential oils. Helps and I also suffer from insomnia. Beautiful picture.
Hi Donna. Like your video. I find when using gels if you place a sheet of paper on top so you can rest your arm on top and move the paper along it really help smearing.

Could you take a picture of your filming set up? I kind of want to make some videos, but am at a loss as how to set things up or what things to buy. I bought everyone in my family weighted blankets, for Christmas, this year. All of us have trouble sleeping, so hopefully they will help. I generally don't like to start a new picture until I finish the one I'm working on. It's funny hearing your little dog click clacking in the background. :)

What things about life in th US are you most intrested in? I have no idea what it might be like in the UK so I really have no idea what is different. :) I will talk about what got my into coloring. That is probably an hour long video all on it's own. Loo

While you were making a beautiful picture, I was scratching a page with Prang 12ct pencils for Neecee’s tiny tin tag. Don’t know when or why I had them, but I do know my hand is killing me. Can we say hard? Hope they were super cheap. So I wanna be hanging out at the jaguar dealership when that kid that’s getting copics turns 16. However, to be fair, maybe he’s super talented and his artistic skills need to be nourished. I think we‘d all have a ball if you do a live stream. Now my ring finger is cramped and drawing. Aspercreme anyone? Isn’t coloring fun!? 😂😂
Prang is very hard. They sell them at walmart and I tried them once and did not keep them. To me they were more difficult to work with than crayola. :) I still need to do my challenge page. :)
I cut out caffine very early in the day. I am not sue I could live without it. Did you know that RLS is classified as a movement disorder and is progressive? I had to learn all of that myself. My doctor didnt really educate me very well on it. I also take requip. 2 .5 mg at night. We did the 1mg when I had to up my dose but they didnt work well at all. We found that 2 .5s worked better. Strange huh?

I love Shrek! I hope you enjoy the pens. The only color I see not having enough of in that set is reds. I think they seem to be good pens though.
