Palace theme - be like a military base (seen in the song) but instead of training soliders they "train" musicians (train as in like kamoshida's training)
Palace music - (making a change from this) her persona remix of life light instrumental
Enemies - be based around instruments and sounds (like a angel with a violin or piano notes around a ball or something)
Boss - Amalee
Boss battle - 3 phases
First phase - she gets her minions to set up speaks that blocks direct attacks at her and you must destroy the speaks together while she is blasting guiter or smacking your team with huge drum sticks
Phase 2 - she gets off her throne and fights you fair and square, being able to switch her instrument and attack with them. her guitar to inflict magic damage, huge drum sticks for physical and harp for aliment, buffs and debuffs
Final phase - she erupts two massive speakers and you must climb up to her before a time limit is reached (kinda like Okumura) and once you reach the top you'll deal one final blow to knock her off and defeat her.
Her treasure - a golden microphone (cognitive) or her first microphone (reality)

That suit her and Persona 5 style of boss perfectly , i think you have the level to work in Atlus
For some shadows, Trumpeter would fit, Sarasvati, possibly Kurama Tengu, and they're all the ones in the Strikers compendium which jump out to me as fitting the music theming.
For the military side, High Pixie, Setanta, Eligor, Neko Shogun, Naga, Valkyrie, Okuninushi, Raja Naga, Cu Chulainn, Siegfried, Berith, and some others could fit, it'd depend on the other palaces and the specific theming within the palace
First time you meet her when scoping out the palace she sends the cavalry after you and you rush to escape before making your plans to steal her heart. (All bosses seem to have like a first meet type thing with the troupe so I thought this fitting)
“Fame can corrupt even the kindest, and that’s when us phantom thieves must save them from themselves” - Something I would say to the protagonist before AmaLee’s palace
when you meet her in the overworld she the music teacher who tried for years to become famous but never could so she makes kids miserable in the music class after you save her she devotes her life to playing for charity events and helping people learn how to play

Why is it that the community brings up so many beautiful possibilities for Palaces? Already gives me ideas from seeing this, of maybe a boss fight for Shadow AmaLee. (Might be too late to bring it out, but I will either way.)
1st Phase: Begins with attacks using her microphone and summoning guards, using her voice to give various buffs and support them. As she comes down to 2/3 health, she starts using her voice against your party, casting “Dirges” to inflict status effects (“Dirge of Slumber” - Sleep, “Dirge of Wrath” - Rage, “Dirge of Amnesia” - Forgetfulness). For Special Orders, one party member directs the speakers around her stage to her for a blast of sound to drown out her voice.
2nd Phase - At the end of the 1st Phase, she blows up her own mic to get some distance, crashing into a wall of speakers and merging with them, becoming a massive angel-styled monster with wings resembling rows of musical notes. In this phase, she focuses on debuffs against your party while trying to evade your attacks with Evasion buffs and inflicting Dizziness. She also attempts to redirect attacks against you with the move “Echo Chamber”, which will reflect attacks of certain affinities (which you can discern by seeing the colors of her wings). For her trump card, she charges with the move “Rousing Chorus”, building power for three turns before releasing “Cacophonic Frenzy”.

Have you heard the Persona Dancing IN Starlight Remix? Not a lot of people liked it but I loved it.
Shadow Amalee explanation:
For this fight you'll want to bring your new party member AmaLee, who has a buff that can greatly reduce sonic damage. Commander AmaLee has powerful generals and VIP patreons before you can fight her. Shadow AmaLee will buff her allies. Upon her ordering 'execute the traitor' her forces will target AmaLee. Hoping to KO her before she builds up enough Album Charges to unleash her attack. In 5 turns she'll blast the party with sonic damage. Be sure to have Amalee 'aka songstress' up. Do not focus on Shadow AmaLee until her generals and Patreon vips are defeated, as they will heal her when they die.
The generals and VIP patreons are best dealt with using area of effect attacks. However some of them are weak to physical, so be sure to balance having enough SP for the next phase. "There can only be one who besits the throne in war."
When Shadow AmeLee is alone, she will no longer use her sonic damage move. Feel free to save SP for AmaLee. The Commander will still be able to charm the party. Occasionally Commander AmaLee will 'ready the cannons'. Where you can pull out your guns and shoot her for extra damage if you have ammo. Using guns on her when she has her own gun will be the most effective time to use it.
Eventually, you'll bring her down and award yourself with AmaLee's treasure. Her encouragement mail.

Just wow! This video was simply amazing, everything about it just came together so well. The music, vocals, mix and distortion are all seamlessly blended with some of the best animation and art that we've seen on your channel. Everyone involved in the production of this video really deserves to be proud of the amazing work that they created.
It sounds really good over regular speakers, but if you listen to it with GOOD headphones, there are so many subtle differences in the sound that really stand out. This song is an absolute blast to hear!

If Amalee had a persona, without going into themes of death or rebellion, would be Apollo who uses Fire skills , because he is the God of music and the sun, and this song is so fire it outshines the sun.
Now if someone clever wouldn’t mind, please tell me what her persona would be to fit the theme of rebellion.
(I know persona 2 is a thing, but if multiple people can have the persona Susanoo, multiple can have the persona Apollo.)
Prometheus is another one that doubled up.
As for initial persona... P5 uses historical characters that've been fictionalized, or else fully fictional characters. Music & military theme, and she's American, so maybe the composer of Star-Spangled Banner? Maybe somebody from Hamilton; though it's far more modern than the in-game examples, that'd just mean it leans into the historical with a few elements taken from the musical.
Older games had personas that don't match the gender of the person, so literally any of the characters could theoretically fit. Similarly, revolutionaries from other nations could be used.
Arcana's more flexible, and depends on the central conflict of the character. The shadow self typically represents the reversed form of the arcana (Futaba's seemed like an exception), but I'm not familiar enough with the arcana & their inversions to say what would fit. Emperor perhaps, or Sun/Moon, but I'm unsure
The thing is since Personas are the manifestation of a person's heart, they're always the same gender as their user. So Amalee would have a female persona related to music.
Hermes is another example (he’s used in P2 and is Junpei’s Persona)

@@DemonOfShadows66 not necessarily, in 3, ken amada’s persona is nemesis, who is the Goddess of revenge. And in 2, Eros, Greek God of love, was a persona belonging to Lisa Silverman.
