no i waited until the second to last day to go to the treasure room and only THEN does the game decide to tell you that you need to send a calling card. and the fact that sending one takes an entire fucking day for some reason, so i was screwed and dead ended myself and lost hours of progress and just quit there still like to listen to the music too but damn, fuck this game
@@yourehereforthatarentyou Good rule for persona games. Blow through the fucking dungeon as soon as you can. Use the rest of the time to fuck with the high school sim / grind levels. You're life will be much easier.
@@Zoten001 yeah, too bad i had to learn it the hard way. its just strange to me that the developers had the foresight to implement a mechanic to take you back an in game week in case you wind up in an unwinnable scenario, but didnt have the foresight to explain how the dungeon mechanics work so you could avoid it to begin with which is especially weird because i ended up going back to the game, and they go out of their way to hammer in the fact that you need to get to the treasure and send the calling card before the second to last day. AND just to rub salt in the wound, "treasure deadline" and "calling card deadline" even gets put on the ingame calendar after that. why the fuck would they not do ALL of that for the first dungeon, instead of meandering around and drip feeding you information as you go along about what you need to do in order to not screw yourself over. idk, just terrible design honestly

When I first watched this video, I had heard of Persona but figured I'd never give it a try. I loved this song and amongst a few other things, this video became one of the things that made me give P5 a try. Now, Persona 5 Royal is my favorite game of all time, I've played P4G, and I just bought Persona 3 Portable. Funny enough, I read an interview where one of the developers said they chose English lyrics for the in game music so that Japanese players wouldn't understand them fully, and therefore wouldn't be distracted too much from the gameplay.
i am incredibly grateful for this video because aside from hearing about it occasionally, this was my first real interaction with anything involving P5. While it wasn't the only reason, it was the first step that would eventually lead me to playing one of my favorite video games of all time

I love the creation of the video itself as it dosent remove anything from the feel of persona and same goes for every other video. Some people say its strange when japanese songs are translated to english because its difficult to make it have the same type of feel to it but this channel does so very well. ^_^

Funny enough, I read an interview where one of the developers said they chose English lyrics for the in game music so that Japanese players wouldn't understand them fully, and therefore wouldn't be distracted too much from the gameplay.
That's hilarious considering their accents cause the same effect for English-speaking players as well. xP

The song is undeniably great, except for one thing: I really don't enjoy the fade, and at times it takes the mood out of the song. It's awesome, but I hope you can improve this for future songs :)

I love the creation of the video itself as it dosent remove anything from the feel of persona and same goes for every other video. Some people say its strange when japanese songs are translated to english because its difficult to make it have the same type of feel to it but this channel does so very well. ^_^
