How to make a Hat Rack - Easy!

- Here is a good project for a beginning woodworker with a lot of Hats. It's a pretty straight forward build. You can changes the dimensions to fit your needs. The golf balls are an option, you can do a few or all of them or none. It's totally up to you. So bust out some wood and have fun building this easy but very useful Hat Rack.

It's tough to think this project is for a beginner woodworker when you used a planer, drill press, router table, table saw, and that level 99 black magic staining technique (LOL). I'm a beginner and I don't have any of that stuff. The project itself might be easy, but those tools are well outside my "beginner" hobby budget.

Thanks for watching. You really don’t need all those tools. If you got a piece of wood that was the right thickness and width. You can probably make this with a hand saw🪚, hand drill , sandpaper and glue.
It took me 20 years or so to get this tool one at a time. Good luck and happy making. 👍👍👍

my hat rack rods are at negative18% and my hats keep falling off. What should I do?
Cut a 6 foot by 6 foot piece of your wall around the rack and turn it 180 degrees , rehang it and patch. Then you should be all good....
Flip it over 180 degrees
i just tried making my own hat rack and ............im so fucking pissed off i cant finish the fucker all i have to do is add 3 hook hangers and then add the hook hanger so i can mount it on the wall but nooooo the fucking hangers are so damn thick i can finish it AAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRHHHHHHHHHHHH
Not sure what you’re trying to do but hang it a different way then. Things like this happen all the time and you need to be able to change the plan. Get creative.
