Harrison will draw the #1 CB every game this season. He will make some plays but it will be a difficult learning season for him. Michael Wilson could have a huge season.

Defense last year kept us in alot games it was our offense that wasn't pushing the ball down field
D# was depleted and lots of injuries. I expect to move up from 31st rank to around 15th.

Not a Cardinals fan, but living in az. They're all I get to watch for free every week. That being said, I think Dortch can and should be utilized more on offense. Anytime I see him lined up as a receiver, not just a returner, that dude goes off.
our offense is sett, I just don't like the defense, no pass rush and still lacking in corners. DRob will help against the run so that'll be better but we still have to many holes in the defense. I know Gannon will do his best patching those holes but you can only do so much. I still see us winning 8 games, but our schedule is brutal man.
The biggest x-factor is our defensive rookies. If most of them could be productive this coming season, I think we have a good chance of making the playoffs.

@@jessemoua6532 Yeah, plus some decent free agents. We added Mack Wilson alongside Kyzir, Nichols and Jones on DL, LJ Collier looked good last year before he was injured. Dante Stills played way better than a 6th rounder. If they can stay solid it will help the edges. Ojulari will be better this year. If Robinson and Xavier Thomas can get it going then maybe we've got a top 20 defense. If so, playoffs are a legit possibility.
i believe there is a chance we might see rookie receiving record get broken 2 years in a roll if murray can use him good and he stays healthy and i have no bias bc neither of them are on my team but man im so excited for this season bc i think theres a chance that many teams that havent done much could change the flow of the league and theres no telling what teams will come out on top
Mack Wilson is a good linebacker in certain packages no doubt. Size is why he can’t be an every down back. But he was definitely a bright spot on the pats later in the season. He def a good 3rd linebacker

2023 was shedding dead weight and bad contracts. And to that a depleted team from injuries and you have 4 wins. We already have a solid foundation so add the 2024 FA signings, draft, and several players coming into year 2/3 = playoffs with possible 10 wins & division title competition.

The cardinals can be a playoff contender and I’m calling it now. Because with a good roster, they can get where they need to go.

12-5 2nd in the nfc west. Finished playoff in the divisional round.

We had DHop and Murray couldn’t do anything with him! They need to just drop the the lollipop guild QB and find some grit and leadership.
Also had kiem and kliff. The 2 biggest reasons for any failure before. All Murray has done is collect W’s since being drafted by them and consistently bailed this team out of jams.

They flipped worst to playoffs
It all revolved around how far Kyler can get it going. I hate to criticize your optimism but if he didn't do anything with Deandre and Hollywood, he's not doing anything with MHJ. It's his attitude, so unless that changes this is a top 10 in the draft team

His offensive line was trash and his offensive coordinator was calling college gadget plays instead of running the ball.
Kyler got it going great with McBride last year. Cardinals put up the most offensive yards in the last 4 games of any team in the league with a way worse roster. Now we have several serious Red Zone targets.
He did great with Hopkins till injuries and the suspension ruined the potential they had
Kyler literally only played 1 game where he had BOTH Hollywood and DHop which was the 2022 Chargers game where the Chargers went for 2 with 15 seconds left at the end of the game to beat the Cards by 1. Kyler tore his ACL the very next week. As for the attitude thing, you are living in 2022. For the last year plus his teammates and coaches have been glowing about his work ethic and attitude.

Dude Kyler Murray is a gimmick QB, and he’s not durable. He has yet to learn to read a Defense, and he can’t see over the front line so he has to drop back extra deep to see the field making it a nightmare for his O-line to block for him. He’s only great if everyone on his roster is better than everyone on the opposing roster. All of his pre-NFL accomplishments came from playing for Top Programs where most all roster matchups were lopsided in his favor. Now he plays for one of the historically worst run teams in the NFL. Kyler also hasn’t played a full season the last 3 years. Every year he gets gimpy in the second half and his play goes way down.
Last thing I want to say is he got to play 3 with NFL great WRs: Larry Fitzgerald, AJ Green, DeAndre Hopkins.
Kyler didn’t give any of them respect and didn’t learn anything from their experience. Larry was chasing Jerry Rice’s yardage records, but chose to retire rather than play another couple years with Kyler. DeAndre Hopkins also chose to leave after playing with Kyler, and seeing Kyler wasn’t a leader. Kyler didn’t like AJ Green and hardly ever threw him the ball when he was open. Kyler always ran around and held the ball and either threw in to the defenses back or into the ground when targeting AJ. AJ couldn’t get any good film and the league didn’t believe in him after his ankle surgery so he chose retirement after playing with Kyler as well.
I mean, technically you're right...he did play with 3 all time greats, but you're being disingenuous as hell by making it sound like Green and Fitz were anywhere near their prime. Green had his best season he has had since 2017 with Kyler in 2021 and had the 2nd highest yards per reception in his entire career that season. And Fitz had NO speed whatsoever left when Kyler got there which is why they moved him into the slot.

Johnathan Gannon did pretty good with the worst team in the NFL. He had 4 wins. But he helped build the worst team, so Gannon is at fault.
Gannon inherited a horrible roster. Last year Monti cut every big salary and traded for assets as part of the rebuild. This is the first year they had their own scouting system in place. Kyler was nearly 4-4 with arguably the worst roster in the league when he came back. Last 4 games they put up the most offensive yards in the NFL. Go watch that Cardinals Philly game again. Kyler made every throw to every part of the field under pressure.
