  • Well over the length recommended to retain viewers, this video is a step-by-step on removing the dash from your early GMT400. I have yet to find a video that shows every bit. In this video you see every bolt removed. Is it tedious? Absolutely, but if you need a reference that doesn't skip any steps, here it is.

    Excellent job. Thank you for this. I have my old dash to take out and new one to install. Like you said, the other videos do not show the step by step that’s needed

    These things were able to tilt 45 degrees to be able to service components behind the dash

    As you take things apart do you line them up in order that you take them apart, so you know what goes back in first?
