I can confirm android 12 final build is rootable for Google pixel 4a. I just did it and it released today. During Google's presentation.
I have always been a fun of you way back and I think you deserve more sub and likes.
Thank you Max, you rock!
Awesome! Thank you! :-)
Good Tutorials but why do you host files on your site e.g. Magisk instead of linking to the official download?
Good job max
on cmd says, waiting on device
First.
Thanks.
You have to enable magisk hide from settings to pass safety net
Can you help me please, when i'm on fastboot mode on my pixel 3, it says that it is locked. Thank you
Can you root all pixel 4a ??
Why do you need to pass Safety Net?
Really hope someone makes a Custom Recovery that supports Android 11 and beyond cause Rooting this way is getting old cause it's time consuming and annoying but at least we can get Root using this method I just hope a easier way comes along soon.
no intro?
Was gonna leave a comment over on your stream from yesterday about your thoughts the importance about being able to customize your devices. And you mentioned using Ubuntu. Think it's awesome you're Linux friendly. Open source is the way to go. 100% agree. Thanks dude- been appreciating all the content you been doing lately.
I use Arch, btw :D
Arch btw also lol
Hey Max, do you still get high on android??
I'm getting one of these tomarow. I used to have wanam xposed installer. And used the wifitether unlock. Is there anything like what I'm talking about these days.
Hey max when i root my Pixel 4a i used magisk and the root worked, but i cant pass the cts profile and im not sure how. This prevents me from downloading netflix and it kinda pisses me off so if you can help i would really appreciate it.
Also does this have any effect on the Titan M chip?
does this work with my Data or will i have to get new service?
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
does this work on a pixel 5 unlocked
Any chances u can do a galaxy s10
When doing this I get a "no valid slot to boot" I've attempted this twice even with having everything as mentioned in the above tutorial. Is there something I'm missing? However in getting out of the stuck fastboot method. I basically flashed the flash all.bat file for the factory firmware. However I still could not gain root for whatever reason.
Are you using all the files in the tutorial? Make sure you are using latest fastboot.
👍
iwhy failed??-------says :“Writing 'boot_b' FAILED (remote: 'Fastboot command (flash:) is not allowed when locked')” can you help???
you didn't unlock your bootloader
Will this work for the pixel 4a 5g version?
Yes of course
@@BIGMACMCDONALDLEE kind of a stupid question 😂 but I want to make sure before I fork out $500. Thank you
Yeee
I wonder of you can put a Miui Rom on this phone.
Why???
@@BIGMACMCDONALDLEE I don't know. I haven't rooted a phone in years
holy hell that has to be the most backward savagery ever.
Pygmalion Aprilis relax. It’s not that serious
Lol! The ROMs are slowly coming on XDA, I think there are 2 so far which is great considering how new it is but they are coming.
