I went to culinary school and graduated. Did I need it. No! Did it help me . Yes and no! School doesn't make a chef. Experience and knowledge makes a chef. And it takes time and failures as well. School help me to know tbe basic and understand them. But if this is you're passion. Go and work for the best chefs and u won't need culinary School. Save that money. These big names in you're resume is all u need. Doors will open. Good luck
