    how do you diet So how many days a week do you exercise?

      I don't do diets... just eat healthy and cut down oily food.
      I haven't trained in a month, but i try to do 2-3 days a week

      Breakfast - Hard boiled egg, bread, coffee/hot choco milk
      Lunch/Dinner - Rice/porridge, meat, veggies, soup

      Hahah thanks! Yea i kinda just eat whatever, but I do try to cut down on fried/oily/fast food. Tho I do love some burgers and burritos. Just eat relatively healthy and you should be set!
