What is the best time for doing yoga??i mean before or after meal and at what time gap??
Best time is morning time when suneise 6 to 9 am in..
I want to know the time gap..i mean before and aft meal....
Best time for yoga is 4 am or before sunrise.
If after meal means you should have 3 hrs gap for doing yoga.

वार्मअप किर्या में जो चक्की चलन आपने किया उस पुरन किर्या में कोहनियां सीधी रहेगी ।जब आगे से पीछे की और जाए तो कमर पीछे जाएगी ताकि कोहनियां मुडे या ढीली न पड़े ।पुरण चक्र में कोहनियां टाइट और ऐडही रहेगी तभी चक्की चालन का पूरा लाभ हमे मिल पायेगा
