    Thank you so much for this video . I would really appreciate if you could tell alternate ways for warming up for people who can't do much jumping. I am 57 yrs old and I can't do much jumping because I am asthmatic . Thank you

    You should simultaneously show low impact versions of these exercises. I think you know that skipping and jumping jacks cannot and should not be performed by everyone like most people above 50, people with knee, back or ankle pain. Simultaneously show low-impact versions of the same.
