its a good sign if he/she agrees to follow you along - means they're really helpful. as for renting or purchasing... hmmm there's not short answer for that. maybe we do another vlog for it?
it was an honestly good buy (biggest factor of the purchase) so if we were thinking of selling (which we aren't) - we've already made some good investmentt profits since the place is now valued about 20-30% more than we bought it!
