The final bridges of Into the Doldrums and Once in a Lullaby also go incredibly hard

Deep Rock Galactic also. One of my absolute favorite OSTs, hands down.
NieR:Automata and replicant crushes all of these games in soundtrack. Not a AAA game series but it's certainly not indie.
Doom eternal, doom 2016, skyrim, morrowind, devil may cry 5 are also all examples of non indie games that do music very well.
It's not all indie, not all AAA. Both can be good.

The funny thing about this is everything chris does is actually on synth. In the collectors edition of RoR1 the songs are included with sheet music, and there is a part in Coalescence titled "Not a guitar solo" lmao
Its always the simple and fun indies that have a masterpiece of soundtrack like its nothing. Humble and masterful. Just love it.

I love how triple A games come out with soundtracks sounding like cardboard boxes being slapped around, and then Chris just pulls up to Hopoo, and indie company and shakes the ground with his musical talent.
Despite the low bar set with industry standard, Chris pulls off some 100/10 soundtracks, huge W. 👍
