- Taking on King Made Noodles' massive Beef Noodle Challenge in Queenstown, New Zealand! Hungry patrons only have 30 minutes to finish over 1kg of noodles, 250g of beef, and 1.5kg of broth in order to win their $49.99 NZD meal for free, $50 NZD cash, and a $50 NZD Gift Card as well as a spot up on King Made Noodles' Wall of Fame!

Awesome work. I love these kind of soup noodles, with the clear broth and those thin slices of beef. I’ve never seen potatoes in the soup either. I’ve seen slices of white radish in it though. Hope u had a great New Year ❤

I was full after you finished the noodles and felt totally bloated looking at all that broth. 😂😂
I can barely can do an ordinary 160g noodle package, i usually cut it in half and take the rest the next day or i get bloated. Very impressive for that small frame, guess im aging. Fun video though, keep it up! =)

With a bowl of noodles that big, y’all really need to "Pho”cus on the task at hand. That was an amazing combo of noodles, brisket, taters and broth. I think they need to give you that bowl if you win. Attach some wheels and a couple of handles so you can be wheelbarreled home. That was an un”bowl”eavable challenge win. Happy New Year! That was a lot. Great job. Say if you're going to be in New Zealand awhile, go to Auckland and look up Nela Zisser. She does food challenges too in New Zealand. She's mentioned you in her videos before when she went to someplace to do a challenge, saying you'd been there to do it and was on the Wall of Fame. You could do one together. Enjoy your time there.

PA Dutch “PotPie” (a soup with 1” square ‘noodles’) has sliced potatoes in it. The combo of rich chicken broth, sliced onions & ‘noodles’, is delightful! I’m so jelly” watching your vid! ☺️

@@Theresia66 Pennsylvania Dutch is not ‘really’ DUTCH! It’s actually GERMAN decent! When the Germans 1st immigrated from Rhineland during the 17th & 18th century to America, & settled in what is now Eastern Pennsylvania, they were referred to as the “Pennsylvania Deutsch”. Phonetically, it sounded very much like: “Pennsylvania Dutch”. And that stuck. Hence, today’s calling my heritage “Pennsylvania Dutch”.

@@Theresia66 I’m 70 yo & I was taught by my Grandma & Aunt how to make both Slippery Chicken PotPie & Slippery Ham PotPie. Both were farmers’ wives living in Central PA. My mom was the oldest of 10 children & the 1st to get married. My Dad’s job required him to move to Western PA, near Pittsburgh. Our little family of 4 got nicknamed “the city slickers” by the remaining 9 siblings’ families! But we really weren’t. My sister & I were raised with ‘good ole country cooking’ & ‘good ole country values’. I tried to instill the same with my children. Some things *stuck*, but most things…not so much! lol. Nice to have chatted with ya! Happy New Year!

@ Katina's comment about potatoes. I grew up half Thai, and a lot of noodle dishes my dad made were stir fried and the soups he made were mostly Pho or curry type stuff and none of them ever had potatoes. I think its a Northern Chinese thing? Someone who is Chinese will probs correct me hopefully but yeah...Eating a lot of Thai soups and noodle things growing up, no potatotes in any of those dishes I had growing up either.

Thought it was strange to hear that it is cold in NZ in the middle of summer, so I had to look it up. It is colder in queenstown, NZ in the beginning of summer than it is right now in Orlando in the beginning of winter. Interesting.
Yeah, agreed. I live in Auckland and I was surprised that she was so wrapped up. But weather has been very strange lately, so I wasn't totally shocked. For example last week we had torrential rain for 2 or 3 days. Edit: Just read the video description. This was filmed in June a.k.a. NZ mid-winter.
I have had some awesome times in Queenstown, wont talk about them but they were good.
