I appreciate the effort it takes to make a video on the less than ideal experience!

Always, always run both batteries. That's one of the advantages of having a dual setup, it's less stress on the cells

I’ve got a Rattan Pinus too, and with the second battery, I can get close to 140 miles. Maybe it’s because I only weigh 160 lbs, but I’m riding on flat ground and using pedal assist. Even though I ride in the woods, I’d never take an eBike up a mountain-that’s just too much for any commuter eBike. 😂

You're absolutely right. You don't ride these bikes without power. It feels like the motor is lugging against you. Or it's like trying to pull another bicycle or something behind you. I have ran out of battery on my other ebike and I just had to push it. I tried to ride my mukkpett 750 surban without power in first gear and I could just barely get it to go. I have a question about the energy bar in the display it shows full charged all the time even when the battery is almost dead. Is there something in the settings to change that? I really don't mess around with the settings because I don't know much about them

Push the plus and minus button at the same time and it will pull up another menu and from there you could pretty much follow the directions if it’s a bunch of weird stuff stop right there and you can talk to the manufacturer but that’s how you get into the settings to make the bike, go faster or change it from miles per hour to whatever else Thanks for watching buddy.

I checked the settings and I switched it from 24 volt to 48 i have not tested it yet though so I don't know yet if that might corrected it. That bike you have there that you burned up the motor that battery looks like it is the same as on my mukkpet 750 surban if it will work with mine and you want to sell it let me know I am interested in getting one more battery I already purchased another one through the company but 329 is a bit expensive. Do you still have your mulkkpet 750 ebike? I haven't seen you riding it. It's actually a good bike. You would be surprised how good it does for the price. I know you get expensive bikes sent to you but if you would have brought the mukkpet 750 on that trip you would have made it up the hill easily. You know how the terrain is in West Virginia with the long winding hills. The place I ride to is 15 miles one way and mostly downhill except for a couple of hills. But coming back is slightly uphill all the way. So I can go all the way down using mostly throttle on pedals assist 5 the bike carries me about 30-35 mph down and then when I come back i get 20-25 mph and the battery gets 25 miles per charge. In areas where it's more flat I get around 30 miles per charge. I made a box out of aluminum that I got from Lowes to carry my extra batteries and tools and mounted it on the rack. But if you have yours still you should do a video trip with it. I have run the motor pretty hard and it's not gotten hot or shut off it's a beast. I have almost 600 miles on my bike in less than a month 😂

You know I love any E-Bike video but I hate it messed up on you. That trail also had some pretty big hills to climb. 👍🏻 Mama said they’d be days like this! 👍🏻😁🚴

That's so messed up... That style of bike has no appeal to me at all. Even if I needed one to fold into a trunk I would rather just walk b4 dropping $'s on one of those. I'd suggest taking that Mid-drive, or Denago FT2 out there. Let's see how THEY would do! But man... Four and a half hours.... So Sorry. ☹

I am looking to get an e-bike, but that one is a big no-no. I am 5'10 and 190 lbs and just turned 60
