Make Ikea look less like Ikea, and use light for a better work-life balance in the home office

This 5-minute walk-through shows ideas for making Ikea flatpack renovations look fancier with artwork, hardwood, and ambient lighting. To help transition from the home office to a creative home studio, I use a light switch to change the lighting from bright to ambient. This simple trick helps create a psychological distinction between work time and playtime. As a result, the atmosphere change makes spending time on computer-based hobbies more inviting outside work hours. I also discuss some changes to make the computer desk more ergonomic for longer-term health.

Thanks for the suggestion - the video was defininately light on detail and I wondered whether people might be interested in the artwork - doesn't take much talent :D
