I always love the videos you do with your dad. I miss my dad every day. Watching the two of you laughing and enjoying your time together makes me happy! Cherish these moments, Adam. And how fortunate that you have them saved for posterity! ❤️
Rebecca Dunn I lost my Dad on Feb.15,2019. And I miss him more everyday. Sometimes when I go out the shop that he and I built ,I can't find the tool that I'm looking for and I will say out loud Dad where's it at and every time I find what I'm looking for.
@@lilorbielilorbie2496 that’s crazy…I lost my dad Feb 5, 2016 from 2 yr battle with cancer…not a day goes by when I don’t think of him and miss talking to him, he was my best friend.
@@bjornemccomb8262 Yeah my Dad was not really a "car guy" but he was always all in on what ever I dragged home. I've got two projects in that shop that he was helping me with and sometimes I will just go sit in there and think about him. He taught me how to gas weld when I was 6 or 7 years old. He was a Pile Driver /Welder all of my life and thankfully we got to work together. He once gave me some advice on welding, he said Always do the very best welding you can because your life or someone else's life might depend on your weld holding. He tried to teach me a lot of things I just hope that I was paying attention.
I commend your father for doing an excellent job of hinting at some of the differences between denominations without being a boor or sermonizing. Well done, minister.
For all that you travel, For your livelihood, It's always so lovely when you do so with your family. Cherish these beautiful moments & memories as they really are everything ♥
Your dad is a awesome man! You have to be so proud of him, and I must admit, he raised a pretty good son as well! God bless you and your entire family Adam! You are a inspiration to help me get through tough things in my life! Thank you, I know you don’t even realize it, but you help me through my everyday struggles! Thanks buddy!
Really enjoyed the addition of your dad & mom in today’s wanderings. The stone in the arch you were discussing is a ‘keystone’. Without that stone the arch would collapse. A ‘cornerstone’, on the other hand, is the first stone laid, normally at a corner when constructing a building. It has to be laid precisely so the rest of construction will also be correct. Looking forward to your next upload!
I love that your dad knows so much about other religions. It shows he wants to see the world from different perspectives, even if he has his own religious preference. He'd make a great chaplain honestly.
Love seeing your family once again. Always a fun video with lots of laughter. Kudos to you remembering the books of the Bible. You with your dad and mom are always a hoot👍
Gotta admit, I teared up seeing you spend time with you family. They're the most valuable thing we have here on this Earth. Thanks for the wonderful video, Adam!
Adam, I got behind on your videos. Now I am caught up. Enjoyed all of them. I love this video. Glad to see your mom and dad again. They are a true testimony to me and hopefully everyone that watches. I am so glad you did this video. I'm glad the bible was brought into this and glad your dad was there to give us all of his knowledge. He is a wonderful, funny., and Godly man. Loved it when he said he was proud of you. My mom and dad used to say the same thing to me when I "surprised" them. 😂 Spend as much time as you can with them because, trust me, you will miss them when they are not here. Can't wait to see more of them and Ryan and your sister in your next videos. Good job, Adam. Love your parents. Tell them hello from the Florida Panhandle. Just 20 miles from Niceville.
Am LOVING this road trip! Thank you for all you do to bring us along, it means so much to share your journeys. Words cannot begin to express my appreciation.
Thank you so much for posting your visit to Utah! I grew up in SLC and have been away from Utah for 15 years and I have been soooo homesick lately. My family still lives in Utah and I miss them and Utah so much!
Thanks Adam this was wonderful!!! I’m so impressed with both your dad’s and your knowledge!!! Quite impressive!!! Thanks for all you do!!! Nice see your parents with you and Ryan!!! Love it thanks so very much!!! Great Road Trip so far!!!
Welcome to Utah, Adam! I live in the Ogden area - the most beautiful city along the Wasatch front. Since you like obscure places that are historic, you can go up Spanish Fork Canyon south of Salt Lake and see the former town of Thistle that was destroyed by flooding after a huge mudslide. It is the most costly landslide in U.S. history. It is very interesting to see. There is a viewing area on US 89.
I love the family banter with your dad and bro. Hee also has so much Bible knowledge and loved hearing it while seeing another side of SLC. ( been there once) Fan from New Zealand 🇳🇿
Love the videos with your dad. I lost mine 4 years ago. It’s nice to see. I miss mine so much your videos make me feel closer to him. God bless your family
Some info. The other book is the Pearl Of Great Price. Also our belief was Joseph Smith Translated the book of Mormon from Golden Plates handed down by god. The Book of Mormon has not been modernized. It's the same as when it was first published. Thanks for taking us to the Gardens.
This was REALLY fun to watch as someone from Tampa/Orlando who currently lives in SLC and is a Mormon convert. Your dad comes across as a great guy, and knows a good bit about the basics of LDS teachings for someone who is not a member of the Church nor a resident of Utah. The garden of statues that you looked at do cover some LDS (Mormon) historical characters, but it is not theologically accurate or reflective to what Mormon's believe now, nor what Mormon's believed in the time it was created. The creator of the Gilgal gardens was at one time a Mormon Bishop (Minister of a local congregation) but he was also a bit of an eccentric, and the sculptures in the garden while VERY creative are not reflective of actual Mormon teachings. Joseph Smith Jr, the founder of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was said to have translated the Book of Mormon from metal plates written by Jewish peoples in a type of Egyptian style, this is where the creator of the sculpture garden came up with the unusual Egyptian imagery around Joseph Smith. Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints no longer use the term "mormons" to describe themselves as it takes away from the fact that Jesus Christ is the center of their teachings and faith, however I use Mormon here because that is what most people outside Utah know our church as.
So happy to see you visit my nic of the woods i love it. so glad the family is also here. always great to see your dad he is such a great guy thanks so much for sharing adam.🙂
Adam, I just moved from SLC to SoCal after living in SLC for nearly 30 years. I took a leap similar to leaps you've taken over the last decade. Thanks for doing what you do and giving folks something to aspire to. I was born and grew up in Central Fla. First job was at Publix and I have the wanderlust too.
Adam, I’m a local, while in town check out Graywhale Entertainment best record store and Nickel Mania best arcade. Highly recommend The Pie for best pizza in Utah. Enjoy Utah and glad you’re here! 🕶✌️
Welcome to SLC!! 🖤 So strange though for you to visit that sculptured garden for the 2nd time now, haha. No one that lives here even goes there and there’s is so much cooler stuff to look at in town and surrounding areas. Excited to see where you go next! (Red Butte Gardens, Lagoon Amusement Park, Park City, Antelope Island, Spiral Jetty, Haunted Tunnels in Ogden, Halloween 4 & 5 filming locations, many other filming locations, etc).
Loved hearing how proud your Dad was of you knowing the Greek & the Books of the Old Testament. I love it when you have your parents with you, it's really good to see them! It looked like a swollen dog face in that tree! 🌼
Your Dad is wonderful! What a wise man. We want to see more of him.
Have you read the freemasonic bible?
Agreed 100%

Utah is so religiously fucked up, even a life long traveling preacher knows its horseshit.
