    You make it look very possible with everything in slow motion. Then i realize the real speeds you are moving at is crazy fast!

    1:13 Congratulations to that very close wheel position, I have never seen this before. So you get 5 to 8 cm of extra push for free! 😃👍
    5:23 6:18 6:38 7:05 Here and later I thought that this extreme crossover could slow you down, while your friend seems to slow himself down by having the left knee inside or below the right knee, so that he can not bend both knees more by beeing self blocked. But I don't know it for sure - I'm still struggling with my balance on just one leg! 🤪

    Super vidéo Pascal, merci
    J'ai pas compris pourquoi dans le premier exercice, tu finis la poussée avec la dernière roue. Pourrais-tu me donner quelques explications s'il te plait.
    Je te remercie Nadia

    The background music was well choosen. 😃👍 Sometimes dramatic, more optimistic in the end - cool.
    Why are your crossovers so extreme compared to your sport buddy? Do you have a speed advantage by doing so or was it rather for demonstrational purposes?

      U.E. U.E. What do you mean so extreme?

      U.E. U.E. Actually it was not so so much behind i think but as the circle as small the leg go more behind and the goal is to force it to keep going to the side ... which get hard when you finish on back wheel

    I have a question pascal! Today I did train my corner like this, skating in circles. But my inside leg got tired really fast. Is something lacking in my technique or is it normal to have more pressure on the inside leg and should I train that leg more?

    • @ThePascalbriand
      @ThePascalbriand  4 года назад +1

      Jorn Boven yes it’s probably because of the technique if your body weight is not placed good... also it’s a bit normal as in small circle the pressure is strong and it force us to be lower in that case
