The description and demonstration of proper form is so helpful. Edit: Why did I not see this as a backwards lunge into a side/lateral lunge when I first watched this? I was thinking the movement was similar to a deep squat that moves side to side instead. Years ago (in the 90's) I bought a slide board from Walmart. It had to cost less than $40. And it rolled up into a box. Basically the quality was no where near as good as the board you all sell. I used the one I bought once, was incredibly sore and returned it to the store. I had no idea what to really do with it. Or all of the ways it could be utilized. I'm really wishing all of you success as a company. People really need this type of movement for overall movement. At least in my opinion.
