The Chinese in the player’s name means ‘During the day I am a security guard and I guard against food delivery people, during the Night I am a food delivery person and I swear/curse at security guards’
a brunswicker is a musketeer from the city of braunschweig in english brunswick, simply a beautiful city with lots of really old german architecture. the black legion, the schwarze schar the brunswickers fought against napoleon trying to reclaim brunswick/braunschweig.
Interesting story: The Sacred Band infantry (Greek revolution big button) were inspired by the brunshwickers in terms of their uniforms, equipment and tactics (and both units were composed of volunteers). The Sacred Band was the first Greek professional army, but it was short-lived since they received the full might of the Ottomans in their first battle in Dragatsani (modern day Romania). The Sacred Band was decimated but because of the (miss)information that the revolution was to take place in Wallachia, the Revolution in Peloponnese was a success. Even though the Sacred Band was short lived, it is considered the reason why the Greek Revolution prevailed in the end.
This chinese player is quite well known among chinese players, he got a lot of weird build orders and strats. Really Recommend lion heart to make videos on those.
I believe the Chinese player is 小海龜(It means "Little sea turtle"), he's quite famous in Chinese community for doing many trolling builds. The funniest thing I've seen is him playing Japanese on Florida , bro just rushed in Carib anti villager tech at the start of the game. The rest of the game he's just using monks killing villagers without military productions and enemy quit after a hour which is fkn hilarious 😂😂😂
You remember the Portual Game with Ribaulds and Case Shot? I believe that was a Asian Player aswell. I swear they add so much beauty to this Game. EU/NA seems to play viable Builds and prefer a Meta Game but these Lads just make up their own Vision. I haven´t seen which Electors he took, didnt watch the Vid yet but it seems like Oldenburg to me although without Trommlers (Edit: Trommlers lol i mean Drummers) from Hannover idk how Musks get to Cav speeds. Anywho - this is why i love this Game. Seeing our Meta collide with the Genius of Asian Builds. They have alot more Balls than we do and they should be proud about it! Thanks for the Upload - Enjoy the rest of the Weekend fellas
It's Hannover, which gives you Black Brunswickers, Drummers and Totenkopf Hussars. Oldenburg gives you Northern Muskteers (useless) and Royal Hunters and (even more useless), the worst among all prince-elector choices.
@@mastermirror3888 to be fair i dont think Oldenburg is the worst. Germany doesnt have a Musketeer and you can make 30 of em for 110 Food. If you wanna do some Musk Falc thats fine with me. I think Habsburg is kinda trash unless you have 200 APM or Wittelsbach which can be shipped.
Lots of people still play Germany as if it were AoE3 vanilla, while DE offers a lot of possibilities. Don't be afraid to experiment. For example, I've realized that Landwehrs are a very cost-efficient skirmisher-type unit, saving you coin to pay for mercenary shipments or hire them from the tavern.
This reminds me of fusiliers pre nerf. Even more so for sweden being able to get them in age 2 with movement speed upgrade they where insane back then.
the swedes were a joke before the nerf. many improvements for mercenaries and on top of that free advanced arsenal, the developers went overboard with all the extra advantages they gave them. Fusiliers in age 2... was unstopable, a very broken civ.
The problem with this build order is that prince electors does not give the possibility of researching the technologies of the royal houses like France, apart from the fact that Germany does not start with 200 wood for an early trading post, Germany doesn't have shipments that improve the natives, only one in age 3 that makes them cheaper. Another problem, brunswickers should be available at age 2 to compensate for the lack of musketeers, at age 3 they are not really necessary. The developers should make some adjustments for do this build order more viable like the borbons allies for France. This strategy has potential, I hope the developers can make some adjustments in Germany so that different strategies can be used and not always the same build order from 2005.
@@dimitrisoikonomou3568 No, that card does not remove the construction limit, I think you can only make 23 brunswickers, 15 totenkopf hussars and 3 drummers. In the video you can see that the German did not make any more brunswickers, he had reached his limit 12:54. In this point, that card is not competitive, the German player only won because the Indian player was sleeping.
@@CazadorDeBrujas22 So basically the same with Bourbons. Maybe it has to do with choosing your ally, so that's the tradeoff... still, it's disappointing.
The musketeer units from the European Royal Houses are some of my favorite units. Expensive, but powerful. The fact that Germany can pick one of them is awesome. I have seen SamuraiRevolution do a similar tactic but with the Habsburgian Line Infantry. They are almost as fast as Brunswickers, and their Stand Ground gives allows their Ranged attack to ignore Resistances. If you can mass them they can take on Dragoons and even small groups of artillery.
Bro. That deck is exactly something I would have because I was a huge nerd with getting unique units as strong as possible. With DE, I’ve become even more of a nerd for it, and this guys playing PROS while I can prolly only face 2 hard bots. 3 on a great day. Incredible lol.
The Cherokee have an upgrade that gives 20 % extra speed to native units, image like 8 speed Musks, lol. Quechua has a 10 % speed buff for all units and I think Apache has a 5 % one for all units.
I always get alert when I play against Chinese players in any game. It feels like my probability of winning is reduced by half! Insane build there! This becomes one of the most outstanding builds, like that one match between Italy (Argentina) GRANADERO vs. the British, or another match with ORGAN GUN where the fire rate and unlocking speed increased.
i wonder if Russia got any good mercs in DE. Kind of want to check it out again. been playing Aoe4 chopping people up with Russia there. Can't wait for AOM retold to come out.
In fact his real elo is about 2200 i think, but he did not play much on ladder, and he is the second ranked player in china (now maybe the 1st,because the previous top player Warsward did not play aoe3 anymore)
This is mindblowing!!! And again another loss for India; I can't remember last time I was a India win. Damn I might try playing Germany just for that build

Two things I Love about this language: 1. you can fit a long sentence in a name 2. The philosophical approach in every word.
haha love that

As for this guy in the video, he often plays rare builds while streaming for fun, but he's also a very talented player with 2000+ ELO

Correct me if I am wrong but doesn't the German tech remove the built limit on natives ? The Bourbon embassy doesn't...

The ol Forrest Gump Germany build
"Running away from cavalry!"
